Every kitchen is fitted with an integrated Bosch dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer. Your washer/dryer is discretely located in the utility cupboard in the hallway.

All apartments include a bath with a thermostatically controlled, adjustable shower head and fixed glass screen, while en suites have a walk in glass shower enclosure with a rain shower head.

Flooring

Hallways and living areas are finished with beautifully engineered oak wood flooring while bedrooms are floored in 100% wool carpet.

Bedrooms

Built-in wardrobes are found in every Tipi bedroom and, to mitigate noise, bedrooms are carpeted in 100% wool with acoustic matting and underlay that absorbs sound.

Russell’s early career in residential and hotel property development and then hotel operations management set the stage for his role at Tipi; a role that combines his dual passions of property developing and hospitality.

The Tipi ethos is to deliver a great product alongside exceptional consistent service that surpasses the expectations of our residents. If there is anything that can be done to make our residents feel more comfortable or make their lives simpler, Russell and his team will rise to the challenge.

Samantha knows what London renters want and is dedicated to bringing a new and exciting leasing experience to the capital. She has over five years’ lettings experience, previously managing the tenancies of over 1,000 units in a prime central London development.

Samantha and her team will guide you through the leasing process and into your new home as seamlessly as possible and be a point of contact for all our residents, offering you the best in customer service.

Jennie’s managed the rental accommodation at Wembley Park for eight years and has a really clear idea of what residents want: “The flexibility to up- or down-size as their circumstances change without being hit by fees or having to find another deposit is high on everyone’s wish list,” she says.

“Great, modern apartments close to fast transport links should be a given, and they love having someone who can take in deliveries, help move their stuff in or sort out their dry cleaning. That’s why we’ve created Tipi. This isn’t about renting a space. We’re creating a great new way to live in London.”

Michael leads the team with a fresh drive and perspective having recently arrived from New York. He previously managed institutional portfolios including some of the highest-end rental product in America.

In addition to leading the team, Michael is constantly working to improve the product and service offering at Tipi, to create the best possible environment for you to thrive. Although we’ve kept away the neon signs, Michael does aim to import the American level of service to your experience.
