 April 21, 2015 Steven Layt President, Applebee’s 8140 Ward Parkway Kansas City, MO 64114 Dear Mr. Layt, The Big 33 Scholarship Foundation is a non-profit organization with the mission to showcase and develop excellence in students and the community, by raising funds for academic scholarships and other charitable events, through the premier high school all-star football game and other athletic endeavors. We are reaching out to you and your company to help grow and provide for the bright futures of our athletes and buddies who showcase their talents and amazing spirits by sponsoring through our games and events to help fulfill their future endeavors and dreams. Located in the heart of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the Big 33 Scholarship Foundation began in 1957 with the creation of the Big 33 Football Classic. The Football Classic is weeklong events with the top 33 high school student athletes from Maryland and Pennsylvania recruited to participate in games and end the week with the big Classic game. There has never been a Super Bowl played without a Big 33 Alum. Now in its 58th year, Big 33 has expanded tremendously outside of the Big 33 Football Classic. We now have branched into the sport of baseball, which we are now in our fourth year of starting as the Big 26 Baseball Classic, and this upcoming November 2015 will be out first annual Big 13 Basketball Classic. With no intentions of slowing down, we are planning to expand into the sports of women’s basketball, men’s and women’s lacrosse, softball and wrestling. Although helping student athletes pursue their future endeavors with the scholarship opportunities, we want to impact them on a much deeper level that will not only change their lives, but the lives of their Buddies. The Buddies who attend our events are such amazing, inspirational youths who will not only change the lives of those attending the events, but change the world. The Buddy Program was created in 1985 where kids with special needs are asked to come attend the games and events at the Big 33 event of their choice where they are paired with an athlete for the week. The athlete and buddy will partner up together and participate in a variety of events and even wear the same jersey and number to support one another. The Buddy Program was created to give kids with disabilities the chance to be themselves, come to an environment without barriers, meet new people and create memories that will last a lifetime. Our program expands the minds of our athletes, buddies, scholars, and all those involved to see beyond “normal” and realize we are all special and excel at something regardless of what our disabilities are. We want to create an experience of a lifetime that will forever impact the lives of the buddies, athletes, and everyone involved in the Big 33 Sponsorship Foundation. We are dedicated to help create a positive impact on the student athletes and buddies who are a part of our organization and events. Football Classic •Began in 1957 •Now entering the 58th annual Big 33 Football Classic event •Named “The Super Bowl of High School Football” •There has always been a Big 33 alum in the NFL -47 straight Super Bowls with former participants

-Some former participants: Joe Montana, Dan Marino, Ben Roethlisberger, Ricky Watters •Held at the HersheyPark Stadium, located in Hershey, PA • Stadium capacity: 15, 641 •Classic game will be held June 20th, 2015 •High school senior are nominated by their coaches to participate •Top 33 players are selected from Pennsylvania and Maryland • Football players are paired with Buddies throughout the week •Buddies wear the same jersey and number as their player

Cheerleaders • 68 Cheerleaders are selected to participate from Pennsylvania and Maryland •Teamed up with Cheer Buddies throughout the week

-Buddies and cheerleaders create half-time performance for the Classic game •Cheer buddies and cheerleaders have matching uniforms to represent their Maryland or

Pennsylvania teams

Baseball Classic • Created in 2012 • 4th Annual Baseball Classic this year, 2015 • Held at Metro Bank Park, home of Class AA Harrisburg Senators • Stadium holds 6,187 spectators • 2015 Big 26 Classic week: Thursday July 16th-Sunday July 19th • Weeklong baseball events, three series Classic games at the end of the week • Rising high school junior baseball players from Pennsylvania and Maryland • Players are paired up with Buddies • Players participate with Buddies in a Challenger Game • Buddy wears replica jersey like their Player • Collegiate and MLB scouts attend events to scout • Since 2012, more than 68 players were given scholarship offers
