1. Roger McGregor obtained his BSC engineering degree from the University of Kwazulu Natal in 1992. He has vast
knowledge in the engineering industry and started off his career as a project engineer and thereafter climbed the
corporate ladder and has been the CEO of innovative industries since 1998.
2. AS Woodenberg obtained his engineering diploma in 1982 at l.C. Johnson Technical College. He started off as a boilermaker’s supervisor. Arnray’s knowledge in the engineering industry spans decades, currently he is the
managing director at Innovative Industries since 1998.
3. Amanda Philisiwe Mthembu is currently doing her second year in B.Comm (Supply Chain Management) and is in
charge of procurement, tender administration, logistics and she is the Environmental Awareness and Auditing
Officer for the company.
