All students must have:Travel insurance (TBC with school)

Dietary requirements to be given in advance

Detailed medical form to be filled out

Travel Contract: Why?Students commit to the ethos of the trip: full immersion experience

Everyone agrees to try the activities and to encourage each other as a group

Students are aware of the rules before they go

Children are asked to speak as much English as possible during activities and class time

Children are asked to respect all staff and to actively participate in all activities

Accommodation

Individual houses with a host family.

Houses built specifically to cater for students in shared rooms with 3-4 beds

Rooms have an ensuite bathroom

Houses within a 5-10min walk to the college. (Children will be collected also by bus)

Aisling & Ed have one young child

Maureen’s HouseMaureen is Martin’s mother

and has been a host parent for the last 20

years

Breda’s HouseBreda & Michael have 2 grown up children

MealsThe children eat all meals, apart from

lunch, in their houses.

Breakfast is at 8h30

Lunch is eaten in the college at 13h - 14h

Dinner is usually between 17h30 - 18h30

Light snack at 21h Bedtime at 21h30
