The Holiday season is here. I hope everyone enjoyed the wonderful fall colors and had a great Thanksgiving. We have posted on our website (www.weybridge-hoa.com) the Muirfield Association rules about Exterior Home Accents and Holiday Decorations. Thanks to the many residents who have complied.

If you are looking for something to do over these cold winter nights, take some time to read the Muirfield Property Handbook found on the Weybridge, or Muirfield Association web sites. Become familiar with the many policies and requirements of our PUD (Planned Unit Development). Compliance helps us maintain community standards, and the value of your property.

The Weybridge Board of Trustees can act only on complaints or violations that are reported in writing on the proper form. Board members cannot take action on complaints or violations that are reported verbally, or contained in an unsigned, written communication.

The “Deed Violation Report Form” can be found at https://www.muirfieldassociation.com/deedenforcement.php . Or ask a Trustee to send you one.

To register a complaint or report a violation of the Warranty Deed(s) or Code of Regulations, please download, fill out, email, mail, or return the form to the President of the Weybridge HOA before taking it to the Muirfield Association office.

Sensible complaint procedures combined with a fair, common-sense approach to violations will be used. All deed violations must be corrected in a timely manner.

This year Board will be making a special effort using website postings, to educate our residents about the policies and regulations in our governing documents. If

you have subscribed to notifications, you will get an email each time something new is posted on the web site. If not, please enter your email address where it says “Subscribe Via Email” on the “home page” of the web site (www.weybridge-hoa.com).

The Trustees of the Weybridge Board wish everyone a season of Hope, Love and Happiness for our families and neighbors. And to everyone a Happy New Year!

We have received the report of the Weybridge soil analysis and will be meeting with Brightview to do an updated fertilization plan for 2020.

Included with this copy of The Bridge is the Landscape Questionnaire for 2020. This questionnaire is the way you communicate your landscape service preferences to Brightview. SCRAM! Wildlife Control Adam Turpen, Director of SCRAM! was scheduled to speak at our Weybridge Annual Meeting last October. Unfortunately, he was unable to appear because of a last-minute emergency call. Here is some information about their “critter removal” services from the Ohio Wildlife Center brochure:

SCRAM! Wildlife Control is Ohio’s only provider of non-lethal solutions to nuisance wildlife encounters in homes or businesses. SCRAM! Is a fee-for-service social enterprise initiative of the Ohio Wildlife Center that offers natural, humane and permanent solutions to human-wildlife conflicts.

SCRAM! Technicians have formal training and are licensed by the State of Ohio’s Department of Natural Resources. (They) … conduct detailed inspections of property and buildings, evict problem wildlife (e.g. skunks, squirrels, racoons), and exclude them to prevent future access. To schedule an inspection or obtain an estimate on non-lethal wildlife solutions, visit: www.ohiowildlifecenter.org or call 614 763-0696.
