The history of MacAnders goes back to more than twenty years ago, deeply rooted into the french business culture within the industry segment. The company consisted out of a few partners who were striving for success. For years, they had sleepless nights and worked hard 24 / 7. But time rewarded the quality of a service that never faded.

1 - PLAN

Meeting and defining the candidate profile and competencies for the job. Preliminary research, drafting a company target list, defining the timeline of the search.

METHOD OF

2 - IDENTIFY

Identification of all the profiles matching the job in the targeted companies using multiple-channel search strategy and tools. Starting to feed the online platform with intel.

3 - QUALIFY

Contact move, Phone screening and competency based interviews of the best matching profiles identified. Report to the client and organisation of a meeting if the candidate meets all requirements for the position.

4 - SELECT

Interview between client and candidate. Discuss the outcome and possibly conduct additional interviews. Decision to approve or decline the applicant candidate.

5 - HIRE

Transmit offer and salary package to the candidate and confirm acceptance. Initiate and review background checks, then place the candidate.

6 - CONTRIBUTE

Post hire follow up with the two parties in order to expand the relationship and ensure the quality of the placement.
