Participation in the auction implies unconditional acceptance of the following terms and conditions of sale. Prior registration, via presentation of an official piece of identification, is compulsory for all potential buyers. Sales are executed in cash in euros. Catalogue prices are starting prices. The purchaser of an item will be its highest and last bidder. If the sale is contested or an error is made, the lot will be re-auctioned. The bailiff or executing notary will decide any issues that may arise during the sale without appeal.
