Marcus JoliboisChief Financial Officer

Marcus Jolibois is in his 15th season as the organization’s Chief FinancialOfficer. He oversees all accounting, financial and administrative operations forthe Houston Rockets and Toyota Center. In addition, Jolibois is responsible forthe development and maintenance of the organization’s data and informationsystems.

Jolibois also oversees the financial and administrative operations of theClutch City Foundation, the non-profit charitable foundation established byOwner Leslie Alexander. He is also an Executive Committee Member, whichanalyzes future growth opportunities for the organization.

A 1981 graduate of Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, Jolibois joined the Rockets staffon November 15, 1994, after working for eight years at Levitz, Zacks and Ciceric in San Diego,California. He served as the audit manager for the firm from 1986-94. Prior to his time with Levitz,Zacks and Ciceric, Jolibois worked for two years as an operational and financial auditor for a Fortune50 Company in San Diego. From 1981-84, he began his accounting career with Peterson, Sullivan,and Co. in Seattle.

Jolibois, a native of Tacoma, Washington, and his wife, Diane, live in The Woodlands with theirfour sons, Andrew, Connor, Scott and Luke.

Chris DaceyVice President & Chief Strategy Officer

Chris Dacey enters his third season as the organization’s Vice President &Chief Strategy Officer. He oversees all aspects of business strategy and marketresearch, team marketing and brand development, promotions, creative, e-marketing, as well as game presentation. Dacey also serves on the SeniorManagement Team for the Rockets and Toyota Center.

Dacey joined the Rockets after a seven-year stint with The Parthenon Group,which is a leading boutique strategic advisory firm based out of Boston,Massachusetts. After three years at The Parthenon Group, Dacey was elevatedto Senior Principal where his primary responsibilities included managing clientrelationships across multiple industries. He also served as the lead strategic advisor on client projectspertaining to acquisition due diligence, product pricing, operational improvement, inventory analysis,online channel strategies and new revenue growth opportunities.

After graduating cum laude from Fairfield University in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in accountingand finance, Dacey immediately went to work with KPMG LLP in Stamford, Connecticut. After fouryears, he was promoted to Manager of Corporate Transactions Services, leading numerous teams inadvising clients on post-transactional resolution and acquisition integration. In 1999, Dacey enrolledin the Harvard Business School where he earned his master’s degree in business administration in June2001.

A native of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, Dacey resides in The Woodlands with his wife, Maribethand daughters, Sarah and Amanda.

Seliece Caldwell FulweberVice President of Ticket Sales & Business Communications

Seliece Caldwell Fulweber begins her third season as Vice President of TicketSales & Business Communications for the Houston Rockets and Toyota Center.Caldwell Fulweber oversees marketing and sales integration and the developmentof creative sales strategies, service practices for customer retention and newbusiness generation. She serves as a spokesperson for the organization andoversees the business communications and community relations departments.She is also a member of the Senior Management Team.

Caldwell Fulweber came to the Rockets with over twenty years experiencein sales and marketing. She served as the Senior Vice President of Marketingfor the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau, leading the strategic direction of theorganization’s sales, marketing, communications, and tourism departments, Film Commission,International Protocol Alliance and the Houston Image Group. Caldwell Fulweber directed strategicsales and marketing campaigns for The Redstone Companies for ten years in Houston, overseeingefforts for The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa, Redstone Golf Management, Redstone Bank and variousother hospitality, golf, spa, wealth management and real estate ventures. She also directed corporateand membership sales campaigns to maximize Redstone’s involvement with the Shell Houston Open(Houston’s PGA TOUR stop), and successfully created the high-end sales approach and membershipstructure for Shadow Hawk Golf Club in Houston.

A graduate of Baylor University, Caldwell Fulweber lives in Houston with her husband, James, sons,Kirk and Adair, and daughters, Allie and Ava.

Executive

Doug HallVice President & General Manager of Toyota Center

Doug Hall begins his sixth year as Vice President & General Manager ofToyota Center after holding the position of Toyota Center General Managerin his first year with the organization. Hall is responsible for the day-to-dayoperations of Toyota Center, including booking of all events and the managementof arena staff. He is also a member of the Senior Management Team.

Hall came to Houston after spending three years with Mellon Arena inPittsburgh, where he also served as General Manager. While in Pittsburgh, Hallmanaged all facets of an arena that hosted more than 125 annual events. Inthis capacity, Hall was involved in the booking of all third party events and shows,contract negotiations and the overall marketing of the facility.

Hall originally entered the arena operations industry with Mellon Arena, named the Pittsburgh CivicCenter at the time. He spent five years during his first tenure in Pittsburgh, leaving as Director ofOperations. In 1997, Hall joined the staff of ALLTEL Stadium, home to the National Football League’sJacksonville Jaguars, as Stadium Director, where he oversaw all operations of the facility. Hall waslater promoted to Sports Complex Director, where his role expanded to include the overallmanagement and operations of ALLTEL Stadium, as well as Veterans Memorial Coliseum andWolfson Park, a minor league baseball facility.

A native Houstonian, Hall is a graduate of Lamar High School. He also holds a bachelor’s degreein journalism from Texas A&M and a master’s degree in sports administration and facility managementfrom Ohio University. He resides in Houston with his wife, Sue Ellen, and four children.

Rafael StoneGeneral Counsel

Rafael Stone is in his fifth season as General Counsel of the Houston Rocketsand Toyota Center. He is responsible for all legal matters concerning business,building and team operations. His major areas of focus include legal mattersfor Toyota Center, television and radio agreements, community relations,sponsorship agreements, intellectual property matters, human resources mat-ters, risk management, and compliance with league rules. In addition, Stoneassists the basketball operations staff with the management of legal issuesrelating to the team. He is also a member of the organization’s SeniorManagement Team.

Prior to joining the Rockets and Toyota Center, Stone practiced in Dewey Ballantine LLP’s mergersand acquisitions and capital markets group. While with Dewey Ballantine, Stone representedacquirers, targets, investment banks, investors and issuers in numerous acquisitions and financings.

A native of Seattle, Washington, Stone received a bachelor’s degree in history and political sciencefrom Williams College in 1994 and graduated from Stanford Law School in 1997. He also played varsitybasketball at Williams College for four years. Stone presently resides in Houston with his wife Feliciaand their three children.

Tilman J. Fertitta is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief ExecutiveOfficer and the largest shareholder of Landry’s Restaurants, Inc., a company withannual revenues in excess of $1.3 billion dollars. Landry’s is one of America’sleading specialty restaurants, entertainment and hospitality companies. Landry’sowns and operates a variety of businesses across the country, including theGolden Nugget Hotels and Casinos in Las Vegas and Laughlin, Nevada, theDowntown Aquarium in Houston and the Kemah Boardwalk, the DowntownAquarium in Denver, Colorado, Landry’s Seafood House, Chart House, RainforestCafé, Saltgrass Steak House, as well as the Signature Series: Vic and Anthony’s,Brenner’s Steakhouse, Grotto Ristorante, La Griglia, Pesce, Willie G’s Seafood & Steakhouse and theTower of Americas in San Antonio, Texas. Fertitta is also President of Fertitta Hospitality, LLC, a hotel,development and entertainment company that operates the San Luis Resort, Spa and ConferenceCenter and Inn at the Ballpark, among others.

The Golden Nugget Las Vegas winner of the AAA Four Diamond award recently completed a 14-month, $150 million renovation project. Renovations included the addition of several Landry’sSignature Series restaurants, a spectacular $30 million year-round heated outdoor swimming poolcomplete with a live shark aquarium, an expanded gaming floor, and a new multi-purpose event center.

In 1997, Fertitta developed Kemah Boardwalk, a 40-acre entertainment complex on Clear Lake,the most popular tourist attraction in the Greater Houston area. In February of 2003, Landry’s openedDowntown Aquarium Houston, a six-acre family oriented entertainment and dining complex. Thislocation, along with Downtown Aquarium Denver and Landry’s other aquariums, makes Landry’s thesecond-largest operator of aquariums in the U.S. Fertitta is also the owner of Post Oak Motor Cars, Ltd.– The South Texas Rolls-Royce, Bentley Dealership.

Fertitta devotes a substantial amount of time to civic service and currently serves on boards fornumerous organizations, including Houston Children’s Charity, Houston Police Foundation, Museumof Fine Arts Houston, Texas Heart Institute, Central Houston, and is a 2004 inductee of the TexasBusiness Hall of Fame. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Greater Houston Conventionand Visitors Bureau, Greater Houston Partnership and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Fertitta and wife, Paige, have four children, sons, Michael, Patrick and Blake, and daughter, Blayne.

Michael S. GoldbergOutside Counsel – Baker & Botts, L.L.P.

Michael S. Goldberg, senior partner in the Houston office of Baker BottsL.L.P., begins his 15th year with the Houston Rockets. Goldberg has drawn uponhis diversified, international practice to advise the organization in bothbasketball and business operations. His responsibilities have included leadingthe Rockets in negotiations for the construction of Toyota Center and innegotiations with the relevant Chinese officials regarding the signing of YaoMing.

A native Houstonian, Goldberg remains active in the Houston community.Through Baker Botts’ partnership with E.J. Scott Elementary School, locatedin Houston’s Fifth Ward, Goldberg has participated in the firm-sponsored tutoring program for secondgraders. He also has coached various youth sports teams. Goldberg is currently the Chair-Elect of theHouston Holocaust Museum.

Goldberg graduated magna cum laude, with Phi Beta Kappa honors, from Rice University in 1979and received his J.D., with honors, from The University of Texas School of Law in 1982. Goldberg andhis wife, Carol, have three children, Melissa, Matthew, and Jonathan.

Goldberg serves as chair of the international dispute resolution section of Baker Botts L.L.P., aleading international law firm with offices in Austin, Beijing, Dallas, Dubai, Hong Kong, Houston,London, Moscow, New York, Palo Alto, Riyadh and Washington. With approximately 800 lawyers,Baker Botts provides a full spectrum of legal services to regional, national and international clients.

Rockets EntertainersClutch“The Rockets Bear”Since bursting onto the scene in 1995, Clutch the Bear has become one of the most celebratedmascots in sports. With his imaginative skits and mischievous antics, Clutch personifies NBA

entertainment at its best. Clutch also enjoysinspiring Houston youth to make future-orienteddecisions by performing over 100 annual BuildingA Future Elementary School Shows.

Named the 5th most recognizable mascot in sportsby The USA Today in Feb. 2005, Clutch is theHouston Rockets number one fan and can be seencheering on his team at all Rockets home games.Whether he is creating impromptu comedy,cheerleading, signing autographs, dancing withthe Power Dancers, doling out hugs, or performingon-court skits, Clutch is always a fan favorite. WhileClutch loves entertaining fans at Toyota Center,he also makes close to 300 appearances eachyear, visiting fans in Houston and around theworld. In addition to being an accomplishedperformer, the character has also authored fourchildren’s books, which are distributed at schoolshows and sold at Toyota Center. In Dec. 2003,Clutch was recognized for his creativity, hard workand dedication by being named the best mascotin all of sports by gameops.com, a leading sportsentertainment and game operations Web site.Clutch was also named the first ever NBA Mascotof the Year in 2005 and was inducted into theMascot Hall of Fame in 2006. This ostentatiousHouston icon also brought home a first-place finishin the 2005 NBA “Crazy For The Finals Competition.”

Rockets Power DancersThe Rockets Power Dancers have long been fan favorites at Rockets games and in the Greater Houstonarea for their tremendous energy, show-stopping routines and love for the game. This world-class dance

team has inspired Rockets fans in cheering for the hometeam since the 1994-95 season. Led by coach andchoreographer, “Sweet Susie” Boudwin, the 22-membersquad of business professionals, teachers and studentsperforms at all home games and at numerous community,corporate and private events. The dancers join with theRockets players, coaches and business team to help makea difference in the lives of children in the local community.In addition to the time they spend with fans at local events,in recent years, the Power Dancers have also been proudto represent the Rockets at the NBA All-Star Game, as wellas at international events throughout mainland China,Hong Kong, the Philippines, Taiwan, Bosnia, Kosovo andthe United Kingdom. Several of the Power Dancers arealso skilled slam dunkers, making up the very popularDunking Dancer squad. These versatile ladies were featuredon SportsCenter, CNN, Fox and FSN, as well as in SportsIllustrated, Maxim and Complex magazines.

Rockets EntertainersRockets Launch CrewThe Rockets Launch Crew took off in 2004-05 and hasn’tlooked back. This group of 25 talented tumblers, breakers,stunters andjump ropersare the best

in the business. You can see them performing explosiveroutines, running flags across the court, throwing t-shirtsto fans, and helping with on-court contests, all whilebringing their special brand of spirit. The Launch Crewteam members show their skills at all home games,performing during timeouts and energizing the crowd

at clutchmomentsin thegame.

They also makenumerous community andcorporate appearances throughout the year.

Rockets Little Dippers Dance TeamThe Little Dippers are the latest addition to theRockets game entertainment. This coed squad oftalented kids, ages 6-14, debuted in 2006-07 andwas an immediate hit. The group of 34 all-star kids

from all over Houston perform hip-hop, jazz and novelty danceroutines at weekend and special games throughout the year. Their energetic

performances include tumbling, stunting and breaking, as well as dance – always bring thecrowd to its feet. The Little Dippers also love to participate in the entire Rockets game experience,whether greeting fans as they enter Toyota Center or helping with contests and giveaways throughoutthe game.

Clyde DrexlerRockets Television Analyst

Houston legend Clyde Drexler enters his fourth season as part of the Rocketsbroadcast crew. Drexler, a Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame member,handles game commentary duties for all home games and postseason contests.

A native of Houston, Drexler first gained fame with Hakeem Olajuwon as amember of “Phi Slamma Jamma” at the University of Houston. A decade later,“The Glide” returned to his hometown in 1995 to help “The Dream” deliverHouston’s second consecutive NBA Championship.

During his time with the Rockets, Drexler was honored on the NBA’s 50th

Anniversary All-Time Team and became the third player in NBA history tocollect 20,000 points, 6,000 rebounds and 6,000 assists in a career. In 219 games with the Rockets,the 10-time NBA All-Star averaged 19.0 points, 6.1 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 1.88 steals. A memberof the original “Dream Team,” Drexler finished his NBA career with averages of 20.4 points, 6.1rebounds, 5.6 assists and 2.03 steals in 15 seasons with Portland and Houston. He ranks 21st in NBAhistory with 22,195 career points and sixth with 2,207 career steals.

Bill WorrellRockets Television Play-by-Play

One of the most familiar faces within the Houston sports scene, Bill Worrell’sbroadcasting career spans more than 34 years. Worrell begins his 26th seasonas the play-by-play announcer for Rockets telecasts.

Worrell broke into the television business in 1970 shortly after graduating fromthe University of Houston, where he attended on a baseball scholarship. His firstassignment was with KPRC Channel 2, where he served as sports director from1974 to 1980. During that time, he received six “Best Sportscaster” awards fromthe United Press International and the Texas Association of Broadcasters.

Worrell was one of the original employees for Home Sports Entertainment,Houston’s first sports cable channel. He signed the network on the air January 3, 1983, with a pre-gamebroadcast prior to the network’s inaugural event, a Rockets home game. Worrell quickly establishedhimself as one of Houston’s most versatile sportscasters. He served as an analyst on Houston Astrostelecasts, dating back to 1985, and has been the TV voice of the Rockets for 26 seasons. He has alsobroadcast play-by-play for the Houston Oilers and a variety of college sports. During his career, Worrellhas covered and reported on numerous national sports events, including the Super Bowl, KentuckyDerby, Indianapolis 500, Major League Baseball Playoffs and NCAA Basketball Tournaments.

A civic leader as well as broadcaster, Worrell generously donates his time to numerous charitiesand organizations and serves as master of ceremonies for many events. He currently serves on the Boardof MyFriends Foundation for at risk children. In 1998, he was awarded Distinguished Alumnus of theUniversity of Houston School of Communication.

Matt BullardRockets Television Analyst

Matt Bullard begins his fourth full season as a member of the Houston Rocketstelevision broadcast team. Bullard handles the analyst duties for the team’saway games. He previously served as a substitute color analyst for Rockets localtelevision broadcasts.

A 12-year veteran of the NBA, Bullard spent seven seasons as the radio coloranalyst for home broadcasts of the Houston Comets of the WNBA. Bullard startedserving as Comets radio color commentator while still playing with the Rockets.

Bullard began his NBA career with the Rockets in 1990-91. He played nineseasons in Houston, including the 1993-94 NBA Championship campaign.Bullard also spent the 1995-96 season with the Atlanta Hawks and was a member of the Charlotte/New Orleans Hornets in 2001-02 and 2002-03. He finished his college basketball career at Iowa aftertransferring from Colorado following his sophomore season.

Bullard has been featured in weekly NBA segments on KPRC-TV Sports Sunday, as well as onSportsRadio 610. He was also a finalist on season three of the ESPN reality show Dream Job in 2005.

He and his wife, Paula, have a daughter, Sara, and a son, A.J.

Craig AckermanRockets Radio Play-by-Play

Craig Ackerman begins his first season as the play-by-play announcer forHouston Rockets radio broadcasts. A 14-year member of the Rockets organization,Ackerman moves into his new role after serving five seasons as the studio hostand substitute play-by-play announcer for Rockets radio broadcasts. Ackermanalso filled in as radio analyst for games during both the 2006-07 and 2007-08seasons.

From 2006-08, Ackerman worked as the radio and television play-by-playannouncer for the Houston Comets of the WNBA. He also called action forfootball and men’s basketball for the University of Houston. From 1997-2000,Ackerman was a member of the Rice Owls Radio Network. He was the sideline reporter for Rice football,as well as the play-by-play man and color analyst for the Rice men’s and women’s basketball programs.Ackerman previously worked as a play-by-play announcer, color analyst and studio host for the HoustonThunderBears of the Arena Football League.

Ackerman’s on-air experience also includes work for NBA TV, where he served as an anchor/reportercovering the 2006 NBA All-Star Weekend in Houston.

Ackerman and his wife, Shannon, live in Missouri City with their sons, C.J. and Chase.

Adam WexlerRockets Radio Studio Host

Adam Wexler enters his first season as studio host for the Houston Rocketsradio broadcasts. A member of the Houston sports media for the past 13 years,Wexler also serves as a host on The NightShift, which airs weekday eveningson SportsRadio 610.

The Houston native is a veteran in all areas of sports journalism, previouslyworking for several years as producer of the award-winning Sports Sundayprogram on KPRC-TV (Ch. 2). He has also spent time as a guest analyst forHouston Astros pre- and post-game shows, as well as serving as a fill-in host onKNWS (Ch. 51). In addition, he makes regular appearances on Houston SportsBeat on FSN Houston. His journalism background includes work as Associate Editor of Houston TexansWeekly and Editor-in-Chief of the sports publication Space City Sports. Wexler began his radio careerin 1996 on SportsRadio 610, hosting both The Sunday Night SportsWrap and The Scoreboard show.He previously served as the Houston Comets (WNBA) studio host/color analyst.

A graduate of the University of Texas, Wexler and his wife, Robin, live in Houston with their daughter,Samantha.

Adrian ChavarriaRockets Spanish Radio Play-by-Play

A native of Los Angeles, California, Adrian Chavarria begins his 13th seasonas the Rockets Spanish radio voice broadcast on KEYH 850 AM. For the 21st

consecutive season, the Rockets will broadcast every game in Spanish.Chavarria’s experience in broadcasting began as an intern with Telemundo

in 1993. For three years, Chavarria worked for Fox Sports Americas, and laterFox Sports World en Espanol, as a college basketball analyst, as well as areporter for various sporting events. In 1996-97, Chavarria became the RocketsSpanish radio color analyst. Midway through the season, Chavarria became theSpanish play-by-play announcer.

He received his degree in radio/television from the University of Houston in 1996. Chavarria livedin Costa Rica from 1985-90. His mom still resides in Costa Rica, where Chavarria has frequentlyprovided NBA analysis for various television and radio stations.

Chavarria has also broadcast games in Spanish for such teams as the Dallas Cowboys, DallasMavericks, Chicago Bears and Houston Astros. In addition, Chavarria served as the English radio analystand studio host for the Houston Comets of the WNBA in 2006.

Chavarria and his wife, Michelle, reside in Cypress.
