people can expect to get it. • In UK over 156,000 people died of cancer in 2009 • 20,000 people die every day from cancer. • Every year an estimated 8 million people a die

from Cancer. • 12.6 million new cases are diagnosed every year • The WCRF warns that the number of deaths

worldwide will rise to 56 million by 2030

What the Doctors know about it • Cancer: Known medically as a malignant

neoplasm, it is a group of various diseases, all involving unregulated cell growth.

• There are many different types of cancer. • Cancers are abnormal cells related in some way

to genetics. • It is not known what causes Cancer, the focus has

been on the things that increase the risk of cancer.

• Cancer is incurable, but it can be “treated”.

What we are told causes cancer? • Environmental pollutants. • Tobacco use. • Radiation. • Viral infections. • Lack of physical activity. • Poor diet and obesity. • Sun Exposure. • Genetic faults and

heredity.

How we perceive cancer

• It is an unavoidable fact of modern life.

• Exposure to an external carcinogen causes cells to mutate abnormally.

• Cancer is incurable. • The best chance of survival

is through medical treatments.

• Research groups worldwide are searching for a cure.

What can Doctors do about it?

• Only Allopathic methods • Surgery • RadioTherapy • Chemotherapy • Prevention: Sun block,

Cancer screening, Healthy lifestyle, Chemoprevention, Pre-emptive Surgery

Surgery • Potential side effects: emotional, incontinence,

sexual dysfunction, external waste (colostomy) bag, organ dysfunction/change, chronic pain.

• Possible inadvertent damage to other organs. • Surgery can also spread cancer cells to other sites. • Surgery removes tumors and/or affected organs (ie.

The symptoms) but does not address the underlying cancer.

Radiotherapy • Radiotherapy aims to remove tumors by burning them. • Radiation causes cancer! • Radiotherapy destroys cancer cells but is more

destructive to healthy cells. • Radiotherapy reduces tumors by destroying the non-

cancer tumor cells but leaves the neoplastic cells mostly intact and so spreads cancer.

• Radiation is 4-5% effective long term. • Common effects: Hair loss, Infertility, damage to Lungs,

Bone marrow, Bladder, Lymph nodes, Skin and Blood vessels, secondary cancers.

Chemotherapy • Chemotherapy is highly toxic, it kills cancer cells

but it also kills the patient. • Many chemo drugs are themselves carcinogens. • Causes Chemobrain, a mental fog and confusion

where victims can no longer focus, remember things or multitask.

• Chemotherapy drugs may damage the heart. • Chemotherapy destroys the immune system. • Chemotherapy treats the symptoms but does not

address the underlying cause. • Chemotherapy is 4-5% effective long term.

What do the doctors themselves say?

• In 1976 doctors went on strike in Los Angeles for one month and the number of deaths fell by 18%

• During a doctors strike in Israel in 1983 the mortality rate dropped by 50%

• Death by doctor is so common that the term “Iatrogenic death” has been coined for it.

Conclusion • The medical industry only recognise allopathic

medical treatments. • Surgery, Chemo and Radiotherapy treatments, and

cancer screenings cause and spread cancer. • Successful treatment is defined as having no

tumours for 5 years and does not include those whose cancer returns or who die after 5 years.

• Doctors themselves do not trust these treatments • Untreated victims live 4-6 times longer than

treated patients (On average 12 ½ years rather than 3 years)
