Process Contents
1. Needs Analysis & Topic selection
• Needs from most frequent/important issues from career counseling practices• Especially common issues which can be delivered as group interventions• Select potential topics within our constrains: scope of practice, available assessments,
complete in 2 hours workshop, etc.• Arrange topics along career development process
2. Content/MaterialDevelopment
• Workshop content first developed• Materials (PT, Handouts, etc.) developed or secured
3. Instructor Training • Workshop simulation & feedback• Revised contents and materials
4. Pilot Delivery • Test all developed nine workshops for 2 months (1 or 2 pilot for each topic)
5. Official Launching • Regularly delivered 9-10 workshops (at least one time each topic offered a month)
6. Develop additional workshops
• Our staff develop content/materials by ourselves following above process(1-5).• (if we are unable to develop) Developed content/materials with professionals outside
of campus. After several test delivery (3-5 times), revised it so as to deliver by ourselves.
7. Revising (partly or completely)
• Once a year (or a semester if necessary) revised workshop contents/materials based on feedback from participants.
