The current ‘white’ laminated CCNSG card that has been in use for a number of years. Some people will continue to hold these cards until the last ones expire in June 2015. The green laminated card is only a temporary card valid for 6 weeks from the date of issue. It is issued to people who are waiting for their permanent card (see below for details). The new CCNSG card. It is still valid for 3 years from the date of issue. It is a plastic type card with the holder’s photograph printed onto it. The new combined ACE and CCNSG card. It is issued to people who qualify for both cards. From 1 st April 2012 people will be issued with this one card. It is an ACE card but clearly shows that the holder also holds a valid CCNSG Safety Passport. There will be four different ACE-CCNSG cards depending on the qualification held by the card holder; Blue for Level 2 qualifications. Gold for Level 3 qualifications. Gold and Black for Level 3 management qualifications. Black for Level 4 and 5 qualifications.
