technology for making ‘people ‘ decisions, and team collaboration• Holds MBA from the New York Institute of Technology • 2003-2013 was Faculty, Wharton School teaching courses in business strategy and HR

management.

About CharlieCharlie is a cognitive psychologist , award winning designer and specialist in human-computer interaction as well as a coach, trainer and instructional designer on critical, strategic and creative thinking. • Co-author of four books, written numerous articles, founding Editor of a

professional journal and monthly columnist for two professional publications• Served on the national boards of the Usability Professionals Association and the

Society for Information Management• Holds degrees in computer science; PhD in cognitive psychology from the City

University of New York.
