THE CHRISTMAS STORY

Unfortunately, no. Millions of people in the world still haven’t heard the Good News. Bible translators often use illustrations like these to help them share Bible stories long before a translation is finished in a new language.

Can you follow along with these illustrations and share the Christmas story with a child in your life? (Hint: you can find the verses the illustrations are based on in the corner of each picture!)

These beautiful illustrations come from Open Bible Stories, an open-license source of images for 50 key stories of the Bible, from Creation to Revelation. Originally created by Sweet Publishing, anyone can use these illustrations to share the gospel, print new Biblical materials, or publish them in yet-to-be imagined apps and games. The only rule is that they allow others to freely use whatever they create with these illustrations.

Everyone knows the Christmas story, right?
