for your next function. Nestled in the heart

of Surry Hills, the Clock Hotel offers a variety

of function spaces to accommodate your needs

for groups both large and small. Designated

function areas may be furnished and decorated

on the day to suit the style of your event.

The Clock Hotel has a universal sound system

that runs throughout the venue with a diversemusic selection.

THE COCKTAIL CORNER

Accomodating up to 15 guests,this intimate area is perfect for

small groups. Located on the

Balcony level, this area allows

easy access to our award

winning cocktail bar.

COLLINS STREET CORNER

Holds up to 25 for both seatingand standing room. The area is

located on the Balcony Level with

access to both cocktail bars.

CROWN STREET BANQUETTE

Fits up to 35 standing. This areais popular due to its location

in the middle of the balcony level

with direct access to both the

cocktail bars.

PENDULUM LOUNGE

Holds 60 – 120 guests standing.Located in the Northern part of

the Balcony Level, this bright and

airy space caters to larger style

functions. The area allocated is both

the indoor lounge banquette and the

outdoor balcony.

THE WHISKY ROOM

Holds 15 seated and 30 standing,the Whisky Room can be booked

exclusively for up to 70. The Whisky

Room features over 100 unique

whiskies. This rustic room offers the

best of both worlds as it overlooks the

courtyard and provides an option forDJ connectivity throughout the space.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed and completed authorisation

form and deposit payment. A cancelation fee of 100% will apply should your booking

be canceled with less than seven days notice of your function. Cancellation less

than 21 days prior to the function date will incur a fee of 50% of the initial deposit.

Cancellation notice must be made in writing.

Confirmation of final numbers is required no later than 7 days prior to the event.

All food choices must be confirmed and pre-paid 7 days prior to the event. Foodcharges will apply for the full amount of food ordered and may not be reduced after

numbers are confirmed.

All decorations require approval prior to the function. Anything deemed inappropriate

including themed or dress up functions, is subject to the discretion of the Clock Hotel

management. Decorations may not be pinned or attached to the walls; freestanding

items may be used.

Guests are required to adhere to all Hotel licensing laws and regulations. Minors

(anyone under 18 including babies) are not permitted to the premises after 8pm

and will be asked to leave at this time. The Clock Hotel practices the Responsible

Service of Alcohol and requires that guests respect and adhere to the laws relating to

intoxication and responsible behavior.
