FORA - STAV, s.r.o. (Ltd.) - the construction company was established in 2006 by Mr. Igor Foltín and Mr. Patrik Rampašek (owners), company executive directors with a small number of employees. They realized mainly the reconstructions of older buildings, villas and objects as well as the construction of new family houses, suites and objects for different use in the first years of its operation in the market of construction companies. After stabilization in the market of construction industry the company FORA - STAV, s.r.o. has been shaped as a modern constructive company with rich experience and tradition in the construction market of the Slovak Republic. It offers highly qualified personnel in all levels of management and the personnel knows the most modern working procedures and technologies. It has a modern mechanization which predetermines it for the satisfaction of set aims and for achieving of favourable economic results. We realize turnkey constructions in cooperation with verified and reliable partners. We concentrate on a wider range of constructions - multi functional objects, logistic and shopping centres, production halls, civil facilities and residential houses and villas. The company with its construction activity responds flexibly to the changes of investor portfolio in the Slovak market and it is proved by the fact that the company has introduced and it has the certified management systems ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007. MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS The main vision of the Company FORA - STAV, s.r.o. defined by its management is: " To satisfy client´s requirements by the quality and reliability of our products and relations based on partnership and thus to fulfil determined aims of our organization." The advanced level of business sphere of the company is characterized by a developed and introduced integrated management system. Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 In 2008 the Company FORA - STAV, s.r.o. accepted a strategic decision to introduce a quality management system and took particular steps influencing different needs, particular aims, provided products, used processes with the aim to achieve the highest quality of provided works and it was confirmed by a quality certificate according to an international standard ISO 9001:2008 in 2008. Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001:2004 Company Management decided about the change of approach to the protection of environment in 2008 and it chose the strategy where the priority task it to prevent pollution of environment and to use energy effectively due to the responsibility to our clients from the point of view of quality of offered services and products but also the responsibility to environment related to its pollution. The company has worked out and introduced an environmental management system in compliance with ISO 14001; the system as a part of the whole of company management characterized by the commitment of continual improvement of environmental protection. The functionality of this system and the conformity with standard requirements were confirmed by a certificate in 2008. Management System of Occupational Health and Safety according to BSi OHSAS 18001:2007 Since 2008 the company has also an introduced and certified Management System of Occupational Health and Safety according to an international standard BSi OHSAS 18001. The company complies with legislative requirements by its introduced system and also voluntary commitments from the area of occupational health and safety of its employees. The system is focused on the overall orientation of management, relations and company strategy in the area of employees protection. The main aim of the Company FORA - STAV, s.r.o. is to provide products and services which correspond with client´s requirements and all legal standards. The company has defined IMS Policy in the interest of achieving this aim and for the purpose of continual improving.
