Our sales team are responsible forarranging and conducting overthirty training sessions every yearfor retail store owners, managersand their staff. This ensuresthat front line retail salesconsultants understand andappreciate the total features,benefits and advantages affordedby SlumberCare bedding products.In turn, they are then betterequipped to confide accurateinformation and advice tocustomers.

History -The SlumberCare StorySlumberCare opened its manufacturingoperation in Muriel Street, Bayswater onthe 6th November 1995, with a total of fivepeople including the owners, Linda andStuart Gardiner.

Our aim was to produce eight beds a day.Our objective was to offer, in every aspect,a better and more personalised serviceabove that of any other beddingmanufacturer in Western Australia.

The concept proved successful and productdemand increased in dramatic proportions.

In December 1996, SlumberCare movedround the corner to Raymond Avenue,Bayswater where the available factoryspace doubled that of Muriel St.

As orders continued to escalate at anunprecedented rate, we decided to buildour own factory premises in Radium Street,Welshpool. The move to this location tookplace in June, 2000. Today, after threebuilding extensions, SlumberCare nowoperates from a factory that exceeds 6500sq. metres in size, and produces over 250pieces of bedding every working day.
