Unexpected Conaway Conference 2018 The Conaway Conference The Conaway Conference provides an opportunity for representaves from the Ohio Department of Transportaon (ODOT) and the Ohio Contractors Associaon (OCA) to share construcon industry innovaons and best pracces. This informal gathering provides a forum to analyze the previous construcon season and to prepare for the upcoming year. Don R. Conaway was a longme advocate of partnering between contractors and ODOT. When promoted to the posion of ODOT Deputy Director of Construcon in 1991, Mr. Conaway reorganized the ODOT-OCA Winter Construcon Seminars aſter several years of inacvity. The Conaway ConferenceThe Conaway Conference provides an opportunity for representatives from the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the Ohio Contractors Association (OCA) to share construction industry innovations and best practices. This informal gathering provides a forum to analyze the previous construction season and to prepare for the upcoming year.

Don R. Conaway was a longtime advocate of partnering between contractors and ODOT. When promoted to the position of ODOT Deputy Director of Construction in 1991, Mr. Conaway reorganized the ODOT-OCA Winter Construction Seminars after several years of inactivity.
