• Design and construct commercial spaces in a manner that allows

flexibility to accommodate a range of uses over time in order to

avoid the need to demolish and rebuild for successive uses.

Overlay B District

• Within Overlay B, the following Urban Village Building Types in the

Planned Development District Code are allowed: Townhome II,

Live-Work, Shopfront, Mixed-Use, Commercial and Flex

employment.

• Building Height: the minimum building height will be 2 stories and

the maximum building height will be 6 stories. Approval of a Major

Warrant is required to exceed the permitted maximum building

height. One-story and two-story buildings may be considered as

part of a larger development or Regulating Plan, but will require

approval of a Minor Warrant.
