Fairview Commercial District Master Plan
• Current CPDD zoning with Urban Village Overlay B
• Stacy Road project – widening road from two to four lanes,

CPDD (Commercial Planned Development District)
• The PDD imposes Form Based Standards that are intended to
maintain the District’s high design quality by regulating key aspects
