The Return

of the Lion Recently spotted a Neman lion on the loose, now killed, but will another return? Seen all around the area is an ionic Neman lion, "The Neman lion is a ferocious beast" says an observer. The man who found the Neman lion is a man by the name of Heracles. "The only thing he brought with him was a bow and arrow and a club. We never thought he

would last." confesses a close friend. We are told that he was hunting through the Neman forest to search for the lions liar, when, all of a sudden, he saw a large animal charging at him. "I drew my bow and released an

arrow- nothing happened- I was so petrified" Heracles pleaded. "The monster kept charging at him not stopping, he kept shooting arrows after arrows, never stunning him" specified an observer. Eventually, he had to end up killing him with his bare hands, so Heracles wrapped his hefty, stalwart hand around the lion’s neck and strangled him to death. "I was so

stupefied by what I had done" Heracles shyly stuttered. After the lion was killed, he sought to skin the lion, but the skin was so compact and impenetrable that he couldn't cut it. "I took the one of this sharp nails and ripped his skin and hid behind it" Heracles cried out re-living the moment. When asked, if the lion skin meant anything to him, or future generations, he skittishly replied "struggle and perseverance. It was what I had to go through”. Charioteer of the Year: Interview

with Iolaus

Only here can you find the exclusive interview with the winter of chariot race at the first Olympic Games. The Daily Caesar: How do you feel about winning the first Olympic Games? Iolaus: It feels great, but I couldn't have done it without my partner, Hercules. DC: How did Hercules help you win the race? I: I used to be charioteer for Hercules so he gave me quite a bit of support. DC: It has been speculated that Hercules executed the race with you; do you have any comment about that? I: No, I feel like if the Olympic committee does not feel the need to speculate, neither do you.

DC: Okay, moving on, Congratulations for winning another race, I believe it was the funeral game of Pelias. How do you feel about that race? I: It was nice to bet the King of Cornith. DC: How do you feel about the King of Cornith feeding his horse human flesh to make him faster? I: It obviously did not help him that much, since I bet him. I am glad my mares devoured him, literally. DC: Well, on that note, do you have any last comments? I: I can't wait to compete again and I would like to thank my uncle, Hercules, for helping me.

BREAKING NEWS: DEAD BODY FOUND! Remains of the body just found in the Mausoleum of Halicarnassus, a destroyed mausoleum that is one of the seven ancient wonders of the world. In Halicarnassus, a small city in Asia

Minor, the ruler, Hecatomnus of Mylasa, died and left Mausolus, his son, to take over the city. Mausolus, with his queen and sister,

Artemisia, ruled over Halicarnassus and the surrounding territory for 24 years. He founded many cities, and transformed him into a Greek design, along the coast and encouraged Greek traditions because he was so infatuated with the Greeks way of life.

In 353 B.C. Mausolus died, leaving his queen Artemisia broken-hearted. As a tribute to Mausolus, she decided to build him the most splendid tomb in the known world. It became so well known that Mausolus's name now coincides with all tombs throughout the world through the word mausoleum.

Made mostly of marble, the structure rose as a square, narrowing a block to about one-third of the Mausoleum's 140 foot height. Later the Crusaders took over Halicarnassus. In 1522 rumors of a Turkish invasion caused Crusaders to reinforce the castle at Halicarnassus (which was by then known as Bodrum) and some of the remaining pieces of the tomb were dispersed and reused within the castle walls. Consequently, sections of polished

marble from the tomb can still be seen there today.

The body was found by a sightseer from Switzerland. While admiring the ruins he rested his hand on top of a rock, which moved and he saw a human skull. It is unknown to police whether it is a recent death or ancient. They say if any future information is found, it will be revealed to the public.
