If you would like to sign up to be a reader, email us and we will respond with available dates. New word study sorts will be sent home tomorrow for students to sort and review for the next week. Assessments will be given next Tuesday. In math, we are beginning Topic 4: Multiplication. We will compare repeated addition and multiplication, create arrays and equal groups, and learn the commutative property. These methods focus on the process, rather than simply arriving at the answer so encourage your child to talk through the process with you to reinforce his/her understanding. Thursday is our Faith & Formation assessment for Chapter 3. We will be finishing the chapter today so your child may complete a review on the Loyola Press website to prepare for the test.
