(on the day of the show), tickets are only sold at the door for

$12.00. Proceeds will be shared equally between TDR and the

COSTUME DEPOSITS

The office will continue accepting costume deposits this month. We have found it helpful to offer a payment plan to conveniently spread out this expense. Costume deposits are OPTIONAL.

Estimated costume costs are $120-$150 per costume. (This includes everything but your shoes). $40 - $50 (per month) in October, November, and December

is suggested, though any amount is acceptable. When making a deposit, please use a separate check. Put your child’s first and last name as well as “costume deposit” in the notation space on the check. If there

is money left in your account after paying your costume fees, it will be credited to your February

Tuition– it is like a built-in savings account! * Please hand your check to the office staff. DO NOT put it

in the tuition drop box.

RECITAL PARTICIPATION FORMS

Parents will be given a RECITAL PARTICIPATION FORM the week of November 18th to fill out and return to the office by December 19. This form lets us know whether your child will or will not be participating. The staff uses the Holiday break to plan the recital, so it is very important that we know BEFORE BREAK whether or not your child will be participating.

MEASUREMENTS

DANCE CLASSES: All students taking a dance class will be measured during their regular class Nov. 18 - Dec. 19 (we allow 5 weeks, as we try not to measure during watch week. We want to ensure we get all students measured). Measurements are taken for every child whether they are participating in the recital or not.

GLADIATOR / TUMBLING CLASSES: The office staff measures only those tumbling / Gladiator students who are going to participate in the recital. These measurements are NOT taken during class. You must bring your child with you to the office, when turning in your Recital Participation Form. They will be measured for their costume at this time.

ORDERING COSTUMES

WHEN:

During your child’s regular class time, the week of January 3-9, 2020. Wait outside of Room 5 until you are asked to come in.

HOW:

After your child goes into class, parents will be asked to come to Studio 5. 1. You will receive recital information. 2. See a picture of the costume. 3. Place your order. You’ll match your child’s

measurements (taken Nov.-Dec.) to a size chart and select a costume size, tights, finish filling out the form and pay for costumes.

IF your child is in more than one class, it will be necessary to come back to Studio 5 during each individual class time to receive information and order that costume.

PAYMENT:

Costumes must be paid IN FULL by January 9th by 9:00pm. To avoid waiting in line, we highly recommend paying at the time you place your costume order. If you have more than one class, you are welcome to pay for all costumes with one check, once you know the final total. We will accept checks post dated for January 9th to help avoid lines. Any costume paid or ordered after January 9th will have an additional ordering fee as they will be ordered separately from the group order. Orders after this date CANNOT BE guaranteed delivery by picture week in May due to the costume company’s production and shipment deadlines.

Communication is key and the sooner

we know the better. We take pride in

keeping our facility clean and when we

are made aware of these ailments we

take action immediately to ensure

these germs do not continue to spread.

During inclement weather, we make every effort to stay open. If

you, as a parent, do not wish to brave inclement conditions call and

let us know. We will gladly help you determine an appropriate

TWO regional competitions and recital are MANDATORY for ALL performing groups. Please put these weekends on your calendar now and hold open the entire weekend.
