Hurricane Irene, stream impaired by debris. Overall lenght 6 miles; estimated at various amounts per foot based on stream investigation.

Description of economic, environmental, and social damages resulting from debris (include realistic $ estimate of potential losses) :

Drains approximately 11000 acres. Drainage restrictions directly impact agricultural and urban areas resulting in significant economic losses.

All work perfomed from barges using hand tools.
