AeL (Advanced eLearning) is a high-end Learning Management System, created by the Romanian company Siveco.

It combines a web-based user friendly interface with advanced functionality.

The DEC has been developed for 17 subjects of Upper Secondary General and Technical and Vocational Education

The DEC has been developed by two contractors chosen through a European Tender (that was conducted by the Ministry of Education and Culture).

The project is co-funded by the European Social Fund (50%) and by national resources (50%)
