The Doheny Mansion is a stunning location for very special events. This historical treasure is offered for select use by private and corporate groups with the goal of sharing as well as preserving its beauty. To achieve the preservation of the Mansion, a portion of the fees generated is dedicated to our Conservation projects. The following Facilities Usage Schedule includes the Contribution component, which is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Facility Fees (Non-Filming): FACILITY CONTRIBUTION** FACILITIES TOTALFEE REIMBURSEMENT FEE Pompeian Room only $1,500 $2,500 $4,000 Pompeian Room with Great Hall walk-through $2,000 $2,500 $4,500 Entire First Floor $3,000 $3,800 $6,800 ** This amount, which is tax deductible, is dedicated to conservation projects. Additional Fees: Due to the unique nature of the Mansion property, each event requires the presence of a minimum of three (3) Site Representatives from the College. For large events (more than 100) and for any event serving alcohol, Security Officers from the College must be present. All officers will be provided by the College. Current rates for Site Representatives and Security coverage will be quoted at the time of contractual arrangements. If use of the Pompeian Room Steinway is requested, a fee of $250 will be charged, in addition to the current fee for tuning the piano. INSURANCE: The College requires a Certificate of Insurance which names Mount St. Mary’s College as additional insured for all dates of usage including set-up, actual event date and time, and clean-up. The certificate must specify a minimum of $2,000,000.00 in coverage for personal liability and property damage. Other optional fees for sound systems, tents, valet parking, etc. may be incurred based upon the type of event and can be quoted by the College as arrangements are finalized. Additional fees for tables, chairs, staff, prep & clean up, etc. will also be determined on an individual event basis . Each event is custom-planned; actual costs will vary. www.DohenyMansion.org
