36 th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. ART CONTEST The Dream 2020: The Future Begins Today Deadline for entry is December 13, 2019 *Selected art will be on exhibit January 29, 2020 through February 4, 2020 at Clovis Veterans Memorial District Teachers are to register their students’ information at https://mlk.fcoe.org (starting September 3, 2019). Print out a copy of the permission slip and attach it to the back of artwork. Contest is open to Grades K-12, up to 8 entries per school, either created by 1 student or a group of up to 4 students. Students must submit a 25-50 word explanation of how their artwork ties in with the theme. Art needs to be mounted on card stock or poster board (No frames, glass, or perishable items allowed). Maximum size is 16” x 20”.
