If you’re finishing a degree in 2012 and would like to participate, embers’ please come to the Education Center for more information. We encourage everyone to attend in support of our graduating Educated Warriors! Air Force News The Air Force Test Examiner provides Career Development (CDC) testing for members in 5 & 7 level Upgrade Training. Professional Military Education (PME) testing is also provided for members enrolled in Senior NCO Academy, NCO Academy, Airman Distant Learning Course, Air War College, Air Command & Space Course and Squadron Officer School. The POC is TSgt Natasha Thomas and she can be reached at 481- 9797 or e-mail her at [email protected] The Air Force Officer Qualification Test (AFOQT) is also available here at BAF. The POC for scheduling AFOQT is Maj Stuart Jessup and he can be reached at [email protected] Counseling Looking for promotion points? Our counselors can evaluate your civilian education and translate your college credits into promotion points. Bring in your unofficial transcript(s) from all the schools you have previously attended. The counselors will calculate the credit hours and write up a memo for you to provide your S-1. GT Improvement and LSEI In April our 60-hour GT improvement program, FAST, will start. FAST can help those planning to re-class or re-enlist raise their GT score. We are currently offering two LSEI courses, a 20-hour leadership skill focused program, for April. Effective Military Writing I will run Mon – Fri 2000 – 2300, April 02 – 08. Effective Military Writing II will run from April 09 – 15, Mon – Fri 2000 – 2300. Space will run out fast so contact our FAST/LSEI Coordinator to reserve a spot. If you are interested but the time and/or dates don’t work for you email the Coordinator to put your name on the m list for future classes. ailing Testing Soon, we will be hosting Pearson VUE testing. If you are an Army student, simply log on to GoArmyEd and register for the course by its GAE number 40166. For non-army students, please drop by the Education Center for information on registering for the class. CTC also has several Criminal Justice classes starting soon.
