Dr. Al Janney World Hope - founder and President FACCS - first and former President Orlando, FL Biography Dr. Janney has led the charge for Christian education in Florida for over 40 years. He started the New Testament Baptist Church in Miami in 1954 and Dade Christian School in 1961. Seven years later he led in starting FACCS and served as the first president. Then in 1970, he started the American Association of Christian Schools. After 23 years in Miami, he resigned to travel and build Christian schools. In 1981, he was called to pastor Jacksonville Baptist Temple (now First Coast Baptist Church) in Jacksonville. He now works with World Hope, and evangelistic and humanitarian organization, over which his son, David, is president. At the beginning of this decade, their desire was to see one million souls saved. Thus far, over 400,000 have been saved. Dr. Janney is available to speak on a variety of educational and ministerial topics customized to meet your needs.
