Do you have free time during the week? Are you are friendly? If so, this may be the team for you! This team answers the phone and assists guests as they visit RC. Help us make a great first impression!

ADMINISTRATION

Assist with numerous administrative and/or clerical tasks needed during the week including assistance with purchasing and other various projects.

BAPTISM PREP

Assist with set-up, correspondence, and gift preparation.

TECHNOLOGY

Assist with the distribution of our weekly podcasts, service audio, and with series CD duplication.

RELATE CAFE’:RELATE CAFÉ

Provide guests as well as members with quality coffee and beverage service in an inviting environment.

CREATIVE:GRAPHIC DESIGN

Interested in visual arts? If you have experience in using INDESIGN, PHOTOSHOP, and ILLUSTRATOR or are interested in learning how to design clear and eye catching design for media, print and web, this is the team for you.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Capture images of services, conferences, and special events to be used in publications and videos. This requires your own D-SLR Camera and some degree of technical and artistic ability.

SERIES DEVELOPMENT

This team assists with series development from start to finish.

STAGE DESIGN

Use your carpentry, crafting and painting skills to build stage sets, floats, props and lighting elements.

FACILITIES:HOUSEKEEPING

This team creates a comfortable, clean environment for God to move in by providing housekeeping and cleaning services.

LANDSCAPING Help create an atmosphere of excellence by assisting with landscaping and lawn care.

MAINTENANCE

Help provide assistance with various projects that include minor maintenance work, painting, and general construction.

RESTROOM ATTENDANT

Help us keep our restrooms looking spot-on in between services ensuring a great experience for everyone. This is a great low-commitment way to serve!

FIRST IMPRESSIONS:GREETERS & HOSTESSES

These teams make our guests and long-time members feel special by opening the door for them as they enter or leave the premises and by giving a warm welcome each time they are seated. They help take the edge off for first time guests by engaging them in conversation and answering questions they may have regarding our church. In addition, they ensure every person has a weekly bulletin in their hands prior to service beginning. This team truly makes a remarkable first impression.

PARKING LOT

If you’ve ever driven down Siwell Road on a Sunday morning you are familiar with this team. They smile, wave, direct and are responsible for Relate Church’s “first impression”. Whether first time visitors, passers by, or long time members, everyone is greeted with love.

USHERS:USHERS

This team stays in the background maintaining order and assisting with seating and other special needs. Rarely seen until they are called upon, they are ever present, always welcoming with a warm, friendly smile and at the ready for any situation that may present itself.

KIDS MINISTRIES:

Whether you are a teacher or not, there is a place for you on this team. All that is required is a love for God, a love for children and a willing heart.

Not the teacher type? No problem! Helping hands and willing hearts are all that’s required for serving.

Do you have a love for children but don’t really feel like you are cut out for a classroom? Help welcome newcomers, check-in children and Dream Teamers through our secure check-in system.

The prayer team prays for our weekend services, intercedes on the behalf of others, and prays over prayer requests individually believing for God’s best in each situation.

Help others connect with the resources that will help them grow and live by faith. Also provide members and visitors with church information and help them sign up for events.

Provide a cutting edge, multi-media, sight and sound experience with an intelligent lighting system to set the mood for the service.

Provide stage and set assistance for all weekend services and special events.

VIDEO

Love all things tech? So do we! If you have an aptitude for technology, our video team is looking for you to help run our weekend services.

This team edits videos and helps when we do a video shoot. Video editing experience preferred but not required.
