In the beginning ...

As early as 1918 the

people of Neuwied and the

surrounding area began

removing pumice from the

ground and selling it to

Eastern Prussia and Scandi-

navia. Production and distri-

bution of the raw material

as building blocks began

shortly after the end of

Both pre-fabricated bathrooms and garages are

still manufactured in Neuwied. Each being inde-

pendent from the other but making the most

rational and cost effective use of the 53 000 sq

metre production facility.

We deliver a complete detailed plan in a scale of

1:10 and 1:2 showing floor plans, elevations and

sections. Furthermore the detailed plans illustrate

positions of pipes and cables, as well as tile lay-

out.

Technical advise with regard to any installed com-

ponent is readily available from the project mana-

ger. The sanitary ware and accessories will be

carefully chosen in cooperation with our techni-

cians.

Construction laws and guidelines »

Bathrooms are finished and installed in line with

all appropriate local rules, by-laws and national

regulations.

disposal for site visits from first delivery till certifi-

Reinforced concrete, depending on its thickness,

has its own fire resistance, which we take into

to provide specifically required solutions. This

also means that no additional partition walls are

needed between rooms.

Even when manufactured in standard concrete,
