Honors and Memorials
gifts may bE madE in mEmory of someone and in honor of a family member, friend, or
physician. Gifts may also honor a group, such as a hospital nursing staff or a donor’s colleagues,
or celebrate events, such as births, weddings, anniversaries, or any other personal occasion
appropriate for commemoration. Notices of distinction are sent to honorees or to the family
of those memorialized.
Fleur~de~Lis members may designate a specific CARE Fund or event to receive donations. For more information about CARE Funds, please contact us.
Levels of Giving
gifts may bE madE in all forms of assEts: cash, stock, real estate, and personal
property. Credit card donations are also welcomed. Most donations to each of the four Bon
Secours Foundations serving Virginia are tax-deductible, but we encourage you to consult with
your own financial advisor about any personal implications in the amount or timing of your
gift. We offer the following levels of giving:
platinum fleur~de~lis gifts of $10,000 and up gold fleur~de~lis gifts of $5,000 to $9,999 silver fleur~de~lis gifts of $2,500 to $4,999 fleur~de~lis gifts of $1,000 to $2,499
