Mushroom and tarragon strudel with Madeira sauce and slow roasted winter vegetables (v)

Spiced belly of pork on a bed of apple and onion puree served with slow roasted winter vegetables (df)

Corn fed chicken breast, slow roasted vine tomato, wilted spinach and berry coulis

6oz Ribeye steak with creamed horseradish mash, wild mushroom gratin, shallot and herb butter and rich homemade gravy
