THE GORÉE PROJECT
WEBSITE
Action speaks louder than words, and "Media" is usually the message. Realizing culture has a huge impact on social media, we've contracted a web designer to develop and maintain an official cultural heritage website for integrating cultural heritage news and information into the global community. The website will be designed to act as an anchor (youth attraction) and a virtual global vehicle designed to collaborate with cultural organizations, and many different community groups throughout the Diasporas rooted in health, culture, the arts and sciences for all people of good will, to share the Gorée Island project with the world, its objectives and progress being made by donors, stakeholders and civil society.
WELLNESS FITNESS AND FUN
You will be taken though challenging workouts and given and exercise program designed specifically for your goals. Come by and learn more about our wellness and fitness program. We look to educate people on how to live a holistic healthy lifestyle, talk to a personal trainer and fitness coach, receive wellness based services with natural holistic products; receive valuable resources and guidance on how to maintain a lifestyle of health and longevity.
THE GREEN SCHOOL
Our goal is to create an inspiring, environmentally friendly, peaceful environment. The green school will house everything from paper for our publishing company to plants for cosmetics, clothing and more. In a celebration of Indiana senate unanimously approving the Industrial Hemp Bill allowing farmers to grow industrial hemp, Kebulun Alliance looks to have strategic alliance with manufacturers of varying industrial hemp and agricultural markets. The global impact of this will be rather amazing. A combination of climate change and community learning will help improve and sustain the environment.
Building green will allow us to both address climate change also employ, mentor and train community youth and challenge them to think about their impact on the environment. This is how you let nature into your life.
SUSTAINABLE LIVING—INDUSTRIAL HEMP PILOT PROGRAM
The well being of humans is to be considered as main priority of both concepts to: represent important initiatives fostering ecological sustainability and social justice; and, allow sustainable development for all parties involved in the process. Both, organic agriculture and fair trade are including holistic approaches in these standards and criteria.

THE GORÉE PROJECT
The Diaspora Bond: In The Name of the Descendants of Africa
The Gorée Project discusses the validation, methodology, and prospects for issuing Diaspora bonds as a means to raising external development funds, mostly drawing on the experiences of Israel and India who have raised $32 billion and $11.3 billion.
Kebulun Alliance offer an investment opportunity for individuals and organizations to contemplate "Diaspora Economy Investing" as a new economic model for investment: 1) if fully integrated into a national development strategy framework, this Bond can lead to enhanced investments in Higher Education, Science and Technology; 2) can ensure that financial and ecological literacy within the continent is such that non-institutional bond buyers can also benefit and contribute to their country’s development and sustainable eco- and agricultural systems; and 3) if fully integrated in international development strategy framework, can lead to enhanced investments in the agro-industry, tourism, transport, manufacturing, clothing, import/export, renewable energy, the creative industry, and infrastructure-bonds. Stakeholders of the Diaspora Bond will include, but not limited to Brazil, Haiti, Senegal (Gorée Island in particular), the Caribbean and African-Americans in general.
The Queen Diaspora BOND
Community Gardens Volunteer Program (CGV)
By developing young apprentice, leadership is promoted from within—They will: develop incredible business skills, new social skills and network as positive and productive individuals learn to sustain strong learning system by developing high turnover within their communities; get motivated to work and achieve; shop among their own vendors; have the time of their life while making lots of new friends; take their life, dreams, and a business they call their own to the next level. Kebulun Alliance goals outlines new principles and standards to make the implementation and the strategic planning more meaningful, alive and achievable.
Investment In Africa For Future Generations
"By our unpaid labor and suffering, we have earned the right to the soil, many times over and over, and now we are determined to have it." — Anonymous, 1861 This BOND exists to secure payment rights for parties on the construction of the Gorée Island project, and to show by means of several investment projects (and partnerships) planned under Kebulun Alliance, the concept of “Diaspora Economy Investing and new areas of wealth, job creation, and enhanced capital flow. The words 'GREEN' Bond was used to initially qualify for the World Banks Green Bond Program. The word "Hemp" was included to depict the medium of exchange for "Bond". Within the instructions of Bond it states that the Principal maintains control of Bond by referencing Bond via name or number. In all references to the bond it is called Diaspora Bond because it is for a specific group of people, the displaced Africans of the transatlantic slave trade.
Kebulun Alliance & Kebulun Alliance Youth Leadership Development We look to identify and train youth (14 – 24 years old) devoted to matters of peace building to build continuing initiatives around the African Diaspora project for the exchange of knowledge throughout our implementation process; to build a (think-tank) for the mobilisation of displaced Africans throughout the Diaspora for development on Gorée Island; to employ college students to train youth in our projects, from policy making to agricultural marketing (in moving products from farm to community) in underserved communities—assisting with ground work to research towards their understanding world affairs, expanding to larger networks.
STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS NIA Collective is going to great lengths to ensure that all the right stakeholders become involved to make known the necessary requirements to set project objectives. The below 'Project Chart' sets forth a "strategic umbrella", analysis covering a collection of interactive tactics designed with the idea of building relationships and prospective timelines to important audiences.

* Kebulun will apply community strategies to maximize improvements for human and environmental well-being, rather than maximizing profits for
external shareholders. ** Profits from the SBE are to be used for grassroots' usual mission related operations, OR distributed to other charity/ community organizations OR
re-invested in non-profit Social Business, and notably cannot result in financial gain of partners, investors or any other party. ^ Donor stakeholders usually require an immediate community benefit. Kebulun Alliance decided that a using industrial hemp for food, clothing
and building is the most appropriate given the type of social enterprise. Θ In consideration of the cultural nuances surrounding Industrial-HEMP, a Kebulun National Rep will be chosen for the position of APM.
The 25% profit share owned by Kebulun will be used to operate the Gorée Project. Book Publishing, Natural Health & Wellness gives underprivileged
youth job training, employment and careers in fields of Architecture, Agriculture, Health and more. It will also allow Kebulun Alliance to provide an immediate benefit to their programs. Kebulun has decided that a multi-national company is the most appropriate community benefit and use of profits given the nature of the Gorée Project. Overall, this is a projection of what our organization may look like by 2016.

THE GORÉE PROJECT In the first phase of the Gorée Project design plan, in addition to the "QUEEN BOND", Kebulun Alliance and its partners will be able to continue
operations using the Social Enterprise as a funding stream long after the departure of foreign donor funding.
The mission Kebulun Alliance is to encourage youth from urban communities in the US to developing countries in Brazil, Haiti and Senegal, geared towards their understanding of world affairs, to inevitably expand to larger networks. There is much real genius on the part of our young people—from incredible creativity to connectivity) e.g., instagram, twitter, facebook, et al.) but have not yet leaned to evolve or "manage" their worth, based on the new economy. This is because far too many effected by deficits often get caught up in moments of deficit and distruction are often filled with pain, anger and frequently make the wrong choices—further condeming themselves adding to the cycle of loss or liability.
If we’re ever to achieve political justice and social change, we need to do something different for future generations. Kebulun Alliance has drilled into each of their young leaders to focus on connection—getting away from disconnection. Through this mission our goal is to reverse the development and intention or "point" of "no return"—to talk about their journey and moving forward. Kebulun Alliance believes that what's lacking is healing and positive self image. If our youth are ever expected to learn from the mishaps of their own experiences and relate to that of their ancestors, we need to create different models and standards. Through proper training and guidance, our youth can gain the same, if not greater, intellectual enthusiasm of their role models, elders and ancestors, excelling in math, science and technology. Kebulun Alliance are not just bringing in diverse cultures; it's bringing in different talents, creativities and ideas to have a broader complex of images, beyond those portrayed by labels, artists and luminaries. Please join us in making the past a path to a positive future. Proved here are just a few ways you can get involved.
SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES Kebulun Alliance looks to acquire support from various individuals, corporations and community organizations to support our initiative. By becoming one of our supporters, your organization can benefit from various mergers and gain high visibility. Most importantly, your sponsorship would contribute to the effective implementation of the Project provide hope for all those in an otherwise unpromising situation. We offer sponsorship opportunities at the following levels:
CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP: 2 VIP tickets to major events, conferenceand seminars anywere events are held; reserved seating to major events; company logo added to our website and on all flyers, event posters, email blasts, et al.; sponsor's marketing materials used as gift give-aways; and public recognition.
MEMBERSHIP: 2-Tickets to major events and seminars within their region; reserved seating to major events; promotional gift items.
DONATIONS: 2-tickets to major events; reserved seating, promotional gift items.
VOLUNTEERS: Enjoy all perks reserved only for volunteers!
With Kebulun Alliance at the hub, our youth will contribute to building designs like this one, created for maximum environmental sustainability. The Gorée Project in collaboration with Kebulun Alliance looks to secure sufficient sponsorships to cover the expense of the Gorée Island pilgrimage and generate a surplus to create a financial foundation for the emerging "Gorée Land Project" and the "Village Support Project".
These are just a few of the Eco-friendly features and potential of the Gorée Project:
Solar panels to heat water using solar energy
The conversion of wind energy into useful forms of energy via wind turbines at the roof top
“Eco-friendly” roofs and walls/side panels
Recyclable industrial materials
Systems to reuse water
While strengthening relationships and mutual understanding between African Diaspora organizations and stakeholders in the three pilot countries (North America, Brazil, Haiti and Senegal), Kebulun allows communities to establish their own funding stream. To fulfill Diaspora undertakings, each project operation will be planned out to reach our pilot countries (i.e., Senegal, Brazil, Haiti and the U.S.) by 2017.
Jobs, Opportunities, Workshops and Training—Through this platform, establishing a community-driven sustainable non-profit funding stream, Kebulun will give grassroots organizations their independence from donors, governments, and commercial enterprise. Through this project, the capacity of the African Diaspora in North America to contribute to Africa's development is being made visible and enhanced.
educate, elevate, organize—peace through service the time is now
In the spirit of our Ancestors and the Displaced Africans of the Transatlantic Slave Trade… We at Kebulun Alliance will commit to the following:
Leadership being promoted from within—Implement initiatives to advance justice, education, and independent media.
Assist in the further development and national establishment of the Gorée Project— to carry out tactics to eradicate the destructive behaviors which include understanding from whence it comes.
Work to build energetic and tolerant societies whose governments are accountable and open to the participation of all people—for growth, development, enhancement and safeguarding the lives of people in marginalized communities throughout the Diasporas.
Build alliances across borders and throughout the African Diaspora on issues such as public health, social equality and respect for the environment. Present goals include the implementation of a clear no nonsense pro-active message backed by education, training and other solution oriented initiatives through community learning.
Practice CommUnity—Conscious (Learning) communities provide a reasonable identity as a dynamic whole sharing common practices, interdependence, joint decision making, to identify each person with something larger than the sum of their individual relationships, and make a long-term commitment to well-being (their own, one another's, and the group's). Community can provide a reasonable identity, thus affirming the significance of Sankofa.
Work to build brighter futures for youth who have experienced abuse (in the past or presently), as they reach for their dreams and fulfill their potential. If a person can embrace a reasonable identity of himself or herself then self-destructive behavior is less likely to occur.
Operational throughout the African Diaspora, Kebulun Alliance places a high priority on protecting and improving the lives of people in marginalized areas— to serve our community and build solidarity among nations across the globe, in the pursuit of trust and transformation, operating as a spiritual initiative of aboriginal cultural community based projects.
Through our achievements together, we can be an inspiration, especially to the youth who have so much to contribute as tomorrow's leaders, making our world a better place for all. We just have to give them the opportunity to do so.
