CARES for them, they will be MORE TRUSTING of the decisions that he

COURAGE

• COURAGE is described as having the

STRENGTH both mentally and physically

to DO something that most people could

NOT do. It takes TRUE COURAGE to

not only MAKE the DECISION but also

to FULFILL it.

Qualities summed

Character allows you to make the right choices. Competence is the ability to know your job and what needs to be done. Compassion is a fairness and respect for co-workers and

followers.

And lastly, courage is both mental and physical strength to do what is right even though it may be the hardest. These

characteristics are what makes a leader worth following and worthy of a leadership position.

• Leaders are VERY

INDISPENSABLE in any part of

society. But no matter how good a leader

is, there will always be CRITICS.

• That’s why even the most eager and

talented would THINK TWICE before

accepting the job.

experiences that honed one’s

potential.

consume so much time, energy, and

resources.
