MAIN CHARACTERS. Nick Carraway (Narrator)—a 29-year-old, bond

salesman from Minnesota, a Yale graduate, a World War I veteran, and a resident of Long Island. Neighbor of Gatsby and Daisy's cousin. The story is narrated by him.
