VA: Hi Bob my name is Joanne and I`m calling from Sean Healey’s office over at Keller Williams Realty.
We noticed that you’ve recently been online looking for homes in Irvine…We just wanted to checkin and
see how the search going?
BOB: Fine
VA: What criteria of a home are you looking for? How many beds and baths? Do you have any cities
other than Irvine that you would like to consider? Do you have a price range in mind, like how much is
your maximum price? When are you planning to purchase?
BOB: Just browsing I’m not looking to purchase for another year.
VA: Here’s what we can do for you. We will send you listings of property that matches your criteria and if
you find anything that interest you feel free to reach us right away. We will check on you once in a month
or so just to make sure everything is ok. By the way, is this going to be your first time to purchase a
home?
BOB: Yes/No
VA: Will you be paying cash or obtaining financing?
BOB: Financing
VA: Do you already have a lender?
BOB: No
VA: Not a problem we also have an in house lender that could assist you with financing.
VA: Bob here is what I can do for you…if you are available this week I can set up a get together with our
lead buyer agent so that he can assist you and explain the home buying process. He can also show you
listings online and answer all your questions about buying a home. Are you available on ______?
BOB: Yes
VA: Do you prefer morning or afternoon?
BOB: Afternoon
VA: Great, I’ll set it up with our lead agent and give you a confirmation call a day before. What is the best
time to reach you? Do you have any other contact number or do you prefer to be called on this number?
BOB: I would like to find a property online first before meeting up.
VA: I understand but I would like to advise you that since the market is moving so fast the property that
interests you online might already be sold by the time that you have decided to inquire about it.
SELLER VA: Hi I was looking for Bob.
BOB: This is Bob
VA: Hi Bob this is Joanne calling from Sean Healey’s office over at Keller Williams Realty and I noticed

let you know that Sean is putting some market data together for homes in your area and he’s planning on

BOB: Yes

BOB: We are not selling, we just want to refinance.
