BOB: We are not selling, we just want to refinance.

VA: I see would you consider selling in the future?

BOB: No

VA: Ok, great can I give you a referral to a great lender?

BOB: Sure

VA: Fantastic let me verify your email address, is it still [email protected]? Perfect then we’ll get that over to

you right away…By the way…When do you plan on moving?

BOB: We aren’t sure
