how to orderWe set extremely high standards, we are committed to and pride ourselves on getting it right – �rst time, every time. Of course, if you have any other queries, we are only a call away.

Ordering: If you are ordering by phone, please make sure you have your copy of the catalogue in front of you. Our Customer Services Associates will request the following information from you for each order:

1. Garment code number 4. Quantity 2. Sizes (including options such as di�erent lengths) 5. Delivery address 3. Colour 6. Payment choice

Alternatively, you can send your order by fax to 0844 375 5601 or email your order to [email protected] It is always advisable to keep a copy of any orders you have placed with us.

Urgent orders: Simply call us before 12 noon and we will get it to you the next day (see delivery options below for full details). Remember that it is still worth calling us after 12 noon – we cannot guarantee next day delivery, but we will certainly try our best.

Delivery times: After your order is placed, your garments are packaged by our warehouse team. If the order is placed before 12 noon there are three delivery options shown below:

• Receive goods before 10am next day £10.00* • Receive goods next day £6.95* • Receive goods within 4 days £5.00* • Delivery is free delivery on orders over £150* *Price is per box

payment optionsWe o�er the �exibility of several payment options. If you are a Logistik Unicorp account holder, simply quote your account number and we will invoice you when your goods have been dispatched. Alternatively, payment can be made by credit card or by one of a range of payment options. To open an account with us, please call our Customer Services Associates. The paperwork can take a couple of days to process – so, if your order is urgent, we recommend payment by credit card.

returnsShould you need to return any garments, simply telephone our Customer Services Associates who will process your request and issue you with a returns number. Provided they are returned within 28 days, unworn and returned in the same condition as they were sent, we will immediately re-credit your account. A handling charge of £5.00 will be levied. Please note that embroidered or special measure garments cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
