Philosophy: Focuses on how your thoughts influence your behavior of eating

Criteria: This program will work alone or with any weight loss program as an augmentation.

Duration: Seven sessions for 90 minutes each session over the course of a ten week period.

Cost: $175.00 for the whole program which includes the workbook; or $25.00 per session.
