Lined with world-class restaurants, Southbank’s culinary delights are always in season. Famous chefs serve their signature dishes alongside stylish bars and casual alfresco cafes and restaurants.
As well as being the art centre of Australia, Melbourne is known as Australia’s sports capital for good reason with a calendar of events boasting the Australian Open Tennis, the Formula 1 Grand Prix and the world renowned Melbourne Cup Carnival.

Award-winning architect and new National President of the Australian Institute of Architects, Karl Fender.
Their building designs are distinctive, often very sculptural in form. The firm also designed Eureka Tower which is Melbourne’s current tallest tower. Australia 108 will eclipse her in height, scale, design and amenity.
BESPOKE LUXURY THE BEAUTY INSIDE
“The interior design builds on the feminine curves of the architecture. Envisioned as a ‘queen,’ the building shimmers with an appropriately majestic colour palette – a luxurious hotel-style scheme with an understated materiality of rich natural textures.” Carr Design Group has a fascination for putting all the design subtleties together to create beautiful solutions that are very strong.
Led by the much lauded Sue Carr, Carr Design Group is one of Australia’s most influential multidisciplinary design firms. For over 40 years, the group has maintained a position as leaders of design practice and thinking, delivering projects across

opportunities and the cultural context of it within the city.”
With this in mind, HBA and Carr have designed facilities that befit the calibre of the Southern Hemisphere’s premier tower. Higher up the building are exclusive residents’ facilities at Star Club that offers 360 degree views of the city, bay and Melbourne’s many city gardens. Sky Pool, Spa and Sky Gym facilities are complemented with a Reading Lounge and grand private Sky Dining Rooms. The Platinum Screen is also available for entertaining residents and their guests while business associates can meet at the Sky Lounge or play a few holes in the V-Golf Room at the Sky Rise Club below.
Australia’s tallest tower will go where no development has gone before, offering a cloud breaking lifestyle 319 metres above the glittering Melbourne streetscape. With the city’s amenities within easy reach below and the boundless freedom of endless sky above, those who reside here will be part of a world that few others could have ever imagine.
From the first steps inside her Sky and Cloud Lobbies, Australia 108 makes a stunning first impression. Premium finishes and a sumptuous lounge area provide an inviting place to relax, while a hotel-style porte-cochere offers a convenient place to meet friends or your personal driver. All the hallmarks of classic luxury start from the ground up.
Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA) has 50 years experience delivering some of the most prominent luxury hotels and residences around the world and have a simple design philosophy.

Australia 108 is designed by world renowned architects Fender Katsalidis. Karl Fender and Nonda Katsalidis have produced some of the finest buildings in Australia and around the world.
The firm’s latest architectural masterpiece is a highly sculptural residential tower unlike any other in Australia. Its slender form is highlighted at the higher levels by a golden starburst expression and then morphs into a curvaceous profile against the sky. The starburst which contains the resident facilities is inspired by the Commonwealth Star on the Australian flag and is an obvious celebration of the sense of community within the building.
