    Day 01: Mumbai ChandigarhToday we will meet at Bandra Terminus at 1000Hrs to board 2925 Pashchim Express ETD 1100Hrs.overnight on board.

    Day 02: Chandigarh - ShimlaToday we will reach Chandigarh Railway station by 1515Hrs.We would proceed towards Shimla byRoad. Reach Chandigarh by Late Evening. Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel

    Day 03: Shimla Kufri - ManaliAfter Breakfast we proceed for Sightseeing of Kufri - Thename Kufri is derived from the word "Kufr" meaning a lake in thelocal language. Kufri is a small hill station in Shimla district ofHimachal Pradesh state in India. It is located 13 km from the statecapital Shimla on the National Highway No.22.Chini Bungalow,

    Kufri Fun World . Late Lunch at Hotel. After Lunch free timefor relaxation. Evening visit Mall Road - Mall Road is the mainstreet in Shimla, the capital city of Himachal Pradesh, India.Constructed during British colonial rule, the Mall road is located alevel below the ridge. Mall road has a number of showrooms,department stores, shops, restaurants and cafes. A Himachalemporium that offers handicraft products of Himachal Pradesh like locally designed woollen cloths,branded cloths, pottery items, and jewellery is also located here. There are at least three books shopsincluding one that sells old books. Dinner and overnight at Hotel. After Dinner we will depart for Manali, overnight Journey onboard.

    Day 04: ManaliWe will reach Manali by Early Morning. Breakfast at Hotel and

    Check In. After freshen up and rest. Lunch at Hotel, after lunchwe proceed for Local sightseeing of Manali visiting HidimdiDevi Temple - The sanctuary is built over a huge rock cuttingout of the ground, which was worshiped as an image of thedeity. The structure was built in 1553. The most surprisingfeature of the temple is the fact that inside the temple theimprint of the feet of the Godess carved on a block of stone areworshipped. Van Vihar National Park and BuddhaMonastery. Evening back to Hotel. Dinner and Overnight

    stay.

    Day 05:Manali - Rohtang pass

    Today we will have early breakfast and proceed for Full day excursion to Rohtang pass - is ahigh mountain pass on the eastern Pir Panjal Range of the Himalayas around 51 km (32 mi) fromManali. It connects the Kullu Valley with the Lahaul and Spiti Valleys of Himachal Pradesh, India.Manali-Leh Highway, a part of NH 21, transverses Rohtang Pass. The pass is open from June toOctober each year although trekkers can cross it earlier. The unpredictable snowfall, Adventure sportssuch as skiing, mountain biking and paragliding can be enjoyed at this place. (Lunch on own atRohtang). Evening back to the hotel. Dinner and Overnight at Hotel.

    Day 06:Manali AmritsarAfter a lazy breakfast, we proceed for Local shopping, back to Hotel for Lunch. After Lunch we departfor Kullu. At Kullu Valley, white water rafting can be enjoyed in the river Beas (Optional).ater Proceed towards Chandigarh, Enroute Dinner at River Bank, Mandi. Overnight Journeyon Board.

    Day 07: AmritsarToday we reach Amritsar Early Morning. Check In and Breakfast at Hotel. After breakfastfree time for relaxation. Lunch at Hotel after lunch we proceed for Local sightseeing tour ofAmritsar visiting After lunch visit Wagah Border to witness the closing ceremony betweenboth countries i.e. Hindustanis and Pakistanis. Dinner in hotel. After dinner and Overnightin hotel.

    Day 08: Amritsar - MumbaiToday we will have breakfast at Hotel, check out after breakfast we will visit Golden Temple,Jalianwala Baug and Local shopping. Evening dinner at Hotel. After dinner drop to AmritsarRailway station to Board Golden Temple Express

    Day 09: Overnight on board

    Day 10: MumbaiReach Mumbai by 0810Hrs with cherish Memory.

    Dear Sir\Madam,Our team is experienced and well travelled to various destinations and has hands onexperience in organizing enumerable educational tours on both international and domesticgrounds. We have no direct control over Airlines, Railways, Shippings, and Bus Coaches.We have no direct control over hotels/resorts and other facilities or servicesmentioned in our brochures. We only select the best among them and thus have no directcontrol on running them. Any Increase in Rail, Air, Bus, Boat, Petrol, Diesel or other suchservices affected thereof are not included in the tour cost and passenger shall have to bearthe same before the tour. The Passengers/ institutions cannot cancel thetour programme on account of any increase in said changes. AllEnquires/Bookings/Cancellations for the educational institutions are accepted through theconcerned authority only. Students and parents may not deal directly with the tourorganizer. All students should carry along with them their current identity cards provided bythe institution and while the tour commences. The right of admissions is fully reserved by

    the tour organizer and the principal of the institution. If any ex-students/Extra teachers/parents/Relatives wish to join any tours along with the students and teacher;they will have to pay an extra amount as decided by the tour organizers and with the priorpermission of the institution.

    RatesAll rates are quoted per person inclusive of the prevailing taxes and service charges unlessotherwise it is strictly specified therein.

    Accommodation In the event the accommodation booked or requested for is not available; every effort willbe made for an alternative in another accommodation of similar standard. Triple sharing for all tours shall be subject to request and availability.Single SupplementThere will be a single supplement surcharge for a single room request The company willconfirm such request at least 14 days prior to tour departure.

    Special Requests If there are any requests regarding special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms

    and so on, please inform when making a reservation. Such requests are subject toconfirmation and availability.

    Deposits and PaymentsTo confirm a reservation, 50% of the individual package price is required; the remainingbalance is due in full 30 days prior to tour departure.Bookings made within 30 days before departure require payment in full. Late bookingsmade between 30 and 15 days prior to tour departure will be subject to availability.

    Reservations made during peak season, select holidays and special event periods, packagesmay require a surcharge, be completely non-refundable and/or require payment in full upon

    booking.

    Punctuality:This is a measure to ensure your safety and time discipline. Clients will have to strictlyfollow to the prescribed timetable for the day. Please follow to time discipline so thatscheduled sightseeing is not missed due to your actions. In case any sightseeing or servicesare missed due to your default the same will be non-refundable. Tour Participants arerequested to strictly follow the time schedule given at all times including the departure timefrom the hotel, sightseeing places, etc.

    Meals:There are pre-set menus provided by the restaurant. We, however, reserve the right tochange the meal arrangement, where circumstances compel us to do so. Unlike an airline,

    we cannot process for a special meal, diet meal etc. nor can we guarantee a special diet forcustomers if applicable. In the event that the Client wakes up late and misses breakfast andin the event that the Client is out on his own and reaches late and misses meals, then noclaim can be made by him for the meal which he has missed and not utilized.

    Cancellations & RefundsNotice of cancellation must be made in writing and must be received by us prior to thescheduled tour departure.INR 1500 per person cancellation fee will be charged by Glotrip, in addition to any feescharged by the supplier(s).Reservations cancelled 30-21 days prior to scheduled departure will incur a charge equal to50% of the invoice, plus any additional fees charged by the supplier.Reservations cancelled within 20 days prior to scheduled departure are 100% non-

    refundable.No refunds will be made on unused portions of any itinerary omitted by the passenger whiletravelling. Refunds, credits for trip adjustments and weather reimbursements will bereturned by cheques. Some exceptions may apply.

    Registration:Registration forms along with detailed itinerary will be distributed free of charge.Registration from duty filled up by students/parents should be submitted along with a non-refundable advance amount. The form should be counter signed by the principle or tour incharge teacher. Payment can be done by cash/Cheque only. Cheque should bedrawn in favour of Glotrip

    Valuable loss / theft:

    The institution is requested to inform students not to carry their valuables. The Organizersshall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable to extent any help or compensatefor the loss/theft, personal injury, sickness, delay increase expense, consequential loss orany miss adventure however caused. The organizers reserve the right to claim anyadditional amount for the expense due to delay or changes in train, bus, flight, ships or theservices, weather conditions, war quarantine, strike or any other cause whatsoever. Once ubook on the tour you get into an implied agreement with our company and have read therules and regulation laid down by Glotrip and hence the institutions and the tour in chargehas agreed to abide by them.
