Solar power is widely talked about but the majority of the population doesn’t really know about it. While they know it is possible to get power from the sun that is about the limit of their knowledge.

Solar energy has come so far and is still ever-changing and evolving as

we learn new and better ways to harness it. What is the future of

solar energy? Is there actually an answer to that question? Well, yes;

quite a few answers actually.

More and more people are learning about the benefits of solar power, which means great things for the environment. It took 40 years for the US to reach 1 million solar installations but this is expected to now double in a mere 2 years.

We have come a long way.

Solar power has also started to actually be able to compete against oil and natural gas. The price of oil is now about the same as solar energy is for Kilowatt per hour. Now, solar energy is 1% of the total energy being generated within the US.

In 2020, it is expected to be a total of 3.5% of the energy generated. However, because technology is constantly being improved, after 2020, this number could rise exponentially.

We need a way to take energy with us though. People are constantly on the move and always using energy, whether through their phones or other ways to stay connected to the world around them. People have to have a way to have portable energy that isn’t going to break the bank. Is there a way to bring solar power with you? In fact, there actually is!

It’s not just a theory that you can bring solar energy with you. No matter where you are, if you have LifePower SUN solar panels and an A2 Powerpack, you have portable energy! This will keep you running even if you’re not near typical electrical energy. Whether you are always on your phone or you need to use things on the go, you now have a way to do just that.

You can have solar energy and still make it mobile. You don’t stop moving and neither does the sun, now your energy doesn’t have to be stationary either. You probably already know about portable batteries, so isn’t it time that there was a solar solution to the problem as well?

In a society where no one stands still and everyone is connected, maybe we can use it to the advantage and turn more people to the benefits of using the power of the sun.
