The following regulations are part of the Exhibitor Lease Agreement and the provisions of both will be ineffect. All matters and questions not covered by these regulations are subject to the discretion of the FallFestival Board and may be amended at any time to accommodate the best interest of the show.

Exhibitor Conduct:

. All exhibits MUST be contained within the exhibitor's contracted area. If your booth intrudes intoanother exhibitor's space or anywhere outside the confines of your assigned booth space, youare in default of your lease agreement and will be required to make immediate changes.

. Exhibitors are not allowed to enter the exhibit space of another exhibitor and at no time mayanyone enter an exhibit space that is not staffed.

Hazardous Work Areas: During move-in and move-out, exhibit halls and loading areas are consideredhazardous work areas. As such, the following guidelines will be strictly enforced:

. No horseplay or practical jokes, etc.

. Use or possession of illegal or controlled substances or any kind is prohibited. Violators will beprosecuted. No gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel or other flammable liquids may be stored,permanently or temporarily, in hazardous work areas.

. Exit doors may not be blocked with freight, equipment, display materials, etc.

. In general, any and all unsafe conditions or activities are to be corrected promptly. Safety is ofprimary concern in designated hazardous work areas.

PLEASE REPORT ANY VIOLATIONS OF THE ABOVE TO FALL FESTIVAL BOARD IMMEDIATELY.

EXHIBITORS ARE SUBJECT TO EXPULSION FROM THE SHOW FOR ANY VIOLATIONS.

Miscellaneous: These regulations are hereby made part of the Exhibitor Lease Agreement and theprovisions of both will be in effect. All matters and questions not covered by these regulations are subjectto the decision of Hopkins County Fall Festival Board and may be amended at any time to accommodatethe best interest of the show.

Music, Audio-Demonstrations, Noise: If your product(s) and/or product demonstrations produce soundthat may be disruptive to neighboring exhibitors, we ask that you be mindful of volume at all times.Should Hopkins County Fall Festival receive comptaint(s) regarding the noise level coming from yourbooth, you will be required to lower the volume and possibly eliminate the activity all together.

Parking: During the show, we ask that you park as close to the back of the parking lot adjacent to SulphurSprings High School as possible. This will allow customers to park closest to the building.

Sales Tax and Use permit: You may be required to provide proof of your current Sales Tax and Use permitissued from the Texas State Comptroller of Public Accounts.

Subletting Space: No exhibitor shall assign, sublet, apportion the whole or any part of the space allottedto him, or have representatives, products, equipment, signs or printed materials from other than its ownfirm in the said exhibit space without the prior written consent of Civic Center management.

Other facility rules:

1. Decorations, signs, posters, etc., may not be taped, nailed, tacked or otherwise fastened to

ceilings, painted surfaces, marble or fabric and decorative walls.

2. If adhesive stickers are distributed by an exhibitor, that exhibitor will be responsible for anydamage done to the facility by the stickers being stuck on any surface in or around this facility.

3. Animals and pets are not permitted in the exhibit hall (with the exception of those assisting thehandicap).

4. Carrying a firearm on the premises of the Hopkins County Regional Civic Center is STRICTLYPROHIBITED.

5. All workers, managers and staff are prohibited from the use or possession of alcohol or drugs,guns or other weapons, abusive language or sexual harassment.

6. Civic Center permanent graphics, signs or displays may not be visibly blocked in any manner,covered with temporary signs or repositioned.

7. Civic Center office telephones are reserved exclusively for Civic Center business.

8. Smoking is not permitted on the show floors or any other part of the building.9. The Civic Center does not provide furniture and equipment for exhibit booths to use other than

one table and two chairs.

10. No lit candles, open flames, propane or other bottled gas in Civic Center buildings except thoseapproved by Civic Center management.

11. No parking is allowed in fire lanes, loading areas or any other location posted 'No Parking'. Thispolicy is strictly enforced. Unauthorized vehicles will be removed at the owner's expense.

12. No signs or decorations may be suspended from the ceilings.13. Clear access is to be maintained to exhibit hall concession stands, restrooms and emergency

exits.

This application must be completed and returned to the Civic Center office by the end of business onMonday, October 12, 2015. You must also pay the booth rental fee of $175.00 per booth. Payments bychecks are suggested.

10). The HCFF reserves the right to accept or reject unconditionally any vendor for vendor space. The HCFF also reserves the right to cancel acontract and have the property of the exhibitor removed from the premises, at any time. If, in the Management or its agents judgment, thebusiness or activities of the vendor is deemed questionable, anything less than congenial, or not as represented. Management can have vendorremoved from the premises. Vendor agrees to comply with the HCFF Rules & Regulations, the laws pertaining to the City of Sulphur Springs,Hopkins County, and the State of Texas.

11). Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be deducted from all refund requests prior to October 12th. There will be no refundsafter October 19th.

12). Set-up is on Thursday, October 22th between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. Break down is on Sat Oct 24th or Sun., October 25th after 6:00 pm.

Participant Indemnification Agreement By signing the application. Vendor agrees to completely and wholly release, indemnify,and hold harmless the Hopkins County Fall Festival, it's members, agents, volunteers, independent contractors employees, and allpersons associated with them from any and all claims, damages, courses of action of any kind whatsoever, statutory or otherwise,personal injury, including death, property damage, lawsuits, and judgments, including court cost, expenses, and reasonableattorney's fees and all other expenses resulting directly or.

It is the understanding of all parties that this Indemnification agreement shall apply whether or not the claims, damages, causesof action, indirectly from the activities, programs and events including without limitation, the activities of the vendor of theHopkins County Fall Festival personal injury, deaths, property damage, lawsuits judgments, court costs, attorney's fees or anyother expense arising directly or indirectly from the negligence of whatever nature, omissions, willful or international acts ofvendor, or their officers, agents, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, other representatives, invitees, licensees, orguest.

2015 Hopkins County Fall FestivalWe will limit the number of vendors with the same type food, if you have an alternate food item make sure you list it below. Noitem may be sold if that item has been contracted on an exclusive basis or item is not listed below. Please use back of form shouldyou need.
