One has to make a good plan from the beginning to be successful, main points:

exact definition of all targeted users incl. possible collaborations / co-operations adequate diversified targeted communication adequate communication skills of staff (also not directly involved once!), best already before openingpricing not to low, indirectly you can always lower the pricing but it is hard to get it up againbig variety of offers focusing target groups

Single, couple, group treatment with up to 4 clients Combined with other treatments or activities: sport

packages, wellness packages, combination with physical therapy, physiotherapy, aesthetic treatments… (Include the treatment as ad-on, which allows you to charge more for the package and distinguish your offer.)

Always take into consideration, that your operations costs do not vary to much if you do 20 treatment rounds a day, 50 or 100! You should be at least in the beginning very generous, you inform your guests and make the treatment more popular!

Be very cautious with pricing... list price must be high enough to let others participate...
