The ICEF Mexico – Colombia Agent Roadshow provides international educators and service providers with the opportunity to meet quality student recruitment agents.

This event is split between Mexico City (February 28, 2017) and Bogotá (March 03, 2017) and will offer participants a one-day workshop in each location.

The Mexico – Colombia Agent Roadshow gives you a focussed opportunity to promote your institution / organisation to agents from across these two countries. All agents at the roadshow are carefully screened, are actively sending students abroad, and have expressed an interest in a wide range of programmes and destinations.

In Latin America, personal contact is crucial in creating successful, long-term business relationships. The roadshow provides an excellent opportunity for educators and service providers to consolidate existing partnerships, as well as personally establish new links within these markets. Networking opportunities at lunch times, coffee breaks and evening functions also allow participants to develop the social aspects of their working relationships.

The ICEF Mexico – Colombia Agent Roadshow is the most effi cient and cost-effective way to meet face-to-face with a large number of quality agents; it is a must for educators who want to develop partnerships in these key markets.

Places at the ICEF Mexico – Colombia Roadshow are strictly limited and are sold in combination - it is not possible to book only Mexico City or only Bogotá.

The ICEF Mexico - Colombia Roadshow will take place at two venues, the Hilton Reforma Hotel, Mexico City and the Hilton Hotel Bogotá.

The fi ve-star Hilton Reforma Hotel is conveniently located near the fi nancial and business districts and the Paseo de la Reforma. A 20-minute drive from Mexico City International Airport, the hotel is recognised as the best business-travel hotel in the city, boasting world-class conference facilities. The hotel also features a 25-meter rooftop pool, fi tness centre, three restaurants and a lobby bar. Providing all-round quality, the Hilton Mexico City Reforma Hotel is an exceptional location for the Mexican stage of this event.

The Hilton Bogotá hotel is situated in the city’s fi nancial district and near Bogotá’s entertainment and restaurant districts. Just 25 minutes from El Dorado International Airport, the hotel offers exceptional conference facilities. The Hilton Bogotá also has a state of the art fi tness centre, a heated outdoor pool and a number of restaurants and bars. The combination of these outstanding amenities makes the hotel the ideal roadshow venue in Colombia.

The event enables educators to hold 30 (15 per location) pre-scheduled one-to-one business meetings with active, quality student recruitment agents from Mexico and Colombia. These appointments are 30 minutes in duration and serve the dual objectives of meeting with new contacts and/or maintaining existing relationships. The roadshow programme also includes meals, refreshment breaks and two dinner functions, which offer valuable social networking opportunities.

The Mexico – Colombia Roadshow is the perfect forum for reaching out to new agencies and consolidating existing partnerships. This was a brilliant two days!Eleri Maitland, French in Normandy, France

It was a pleasure to participate in this event. The quality of the agents seemed to be very high. I appreciated ICEF’s attention to detail and the swiftness with which things were done. I also loved the Mexico excursion.Remco Weeda, CERAN, Belgium

Having not been to either country before with my company I found the Mexico - Colombia Roadshow to be an excellent way to be introduced to the market and qualifi ed agents there. The number and quality of agents was excellent. I would highly recommend the event as a great and cost effective way to capture the attention of a large number of very high quality agents in a short period of time.Tanya Ferguson, Australian International Student Tours, Australia

The roadshow was a fantastic opportunity to kick-start our re-entry into the Latin American market. The organisation of the events both professionally and socially meant it was perfect to network with colleagues from all over the world.Jenny Taylor, Kristin School, New Zealand
