FIRR is Polish non-profit and non-governmental organisation. Our activities

and interest is related to groups in situation of social exclusion, especially

people with disabilities and elderly people facing with various functional limitations.

AREAS: Education; Ligistation and advocacy; Modern technology;

Limited access to education on different levels;

Social trap; Low level of motivation; Segregative support programs; 85% disabled people out of labour

market.

Pilot phase realization and coordination;

Dissemination and promotion on national and international level;

Management on national level.

Precise diagnose of needs -> suitable trainings; 90 participants; 5 people in job; 15 people intesively looking for job (not only in

declaration); Development of support tools; Promotion of project product; Involving public institutions (including education).

RECOMMENDATION: Promotion of useful tools; Implementation in public education instytutions; Permanent use, wider access, longterm realization.
