Firstly, I would like to thank ALLAH ALMIGHTY for giving me the
audacity, sanctioning me with acquaintance and confidence to fulfill this task.
Than I owe my deepest and profound gratitude to my project advisor, Barbara
Szymoniuk, PhD(Eng.), Eko Handayanto, Drs., MM, Ratih Juliati, Dra., M.Si,
and Widayat, Dr. MM, who shepherded me through the bulk of work with their
sage guidance and shrewd cooperation. My wonderful parents, my lovely
brothers, my loving family members, and heartening friends are mentioned last to
emphasize the special nature of their tremendous encouragement, support and

This thesis is made as a completion of the bachelore degree in
Management. I am truly grateful for this rare chance to held a collaboration
research at University of Muhmmadiyah Malang in Indonesia and Lublin
