and motivations:• Internal (i.e., institutional / organizational) • External (inter-organizational, professional, etc.)

therapeutic

• Consult with peer institutions;
• Take the pulse of your departments, consult with, and possibly involve them in the program planning and implementation.

• Design a program that best suits the needs, competencies, and capacity of your institution;
• Clearly identify all the aspects and components (professional, administrative, logistical) of the program, all the steps involved in its implementation, and all the task and responsibilities associated with each step.

• Professional exchanges, initiatives– IRRT International papers, International Leads,
etc.
• The end of the internship/fellowship period should mark the beginning of a long-term professional relationship.
