ISR-CBMP Priorities

Top Priority ISR-CBMP Projects:

1. Core monitoring locations and timing of important events (to be determined by the communities and IFA co-management institutions) with an immediate focus on water CBM in marine and freshwater.

1. Waterfowl monitoring in the following three areas: a) Snow goose population and migration route monitoring; b) Brant and eider ducks population and migration route monitoring; and, c) Contaminants and disease brought by waterfowl from the south into the ISR and how this affects wildlife and the ecosystems.

2. Porcupine Caribou Herd Harvest Data.
