Maxine was also a member of Elderton Presbyterian Church and served the congregation as a church elder.

She was a resident of the Shelocta area since 1980, previously living in Lewisburg and Indiana, Pa.

Her memory will be carried on with love by her loving husband of 59 years, George Mack Bieber, of Hatboro, Pa.; two daughters: Lana Maxine Bennett and husband, Kirk, of Flemington, New Jersey, and Pamela C. Bieber and husband, Neil Hamilton, of Bokeelia, Fla.; two grandsons: Joshua Raymond Bennett and wife, Jacquie, and Derick Mack Bennett and wife, Courtney; and two sisters: Mary Asenath

“Kay” Clark and husband, John, of Gibsonia, and Anna Martha Orr, of Doylestown.

She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Helen Marie Lokay and Ruby Drake.

Relatives and friends may visit from 10AM until the time of the funeral service at 11AM on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Clark Chapel of the Bauer Funeral Home in Elderton, with the Rev. Alfred Kimmel officiating.

Burial will be in Elderton Cemetery in Elderton.

Memorial contributions may be made in Maxine’s honor to VNA Family Hospice Services, 850 Hospital Rd, #3000, Indiana, PA 15701.
