Last September, the City of Santa Fe welcomed over 60,000 people to the 93rd Burning of Zozobra, and that

record-breaking crowd experienced the safest Zozobra on record! Wow, wow and WOW! The 5th annual

ZozoFest weekend kicked off an amazing

Zozobra week, and an amazing Zozobra night

capped it all off! Thousands of Santa Feans

were joined by guests from 50 New Mexico

cities, all 50 states, and 33 countries from

around the globe, and the social media reach

was off the charts! And in 2018, we’ll do it

again, when the 94th Burning of Will Shuster’s

Zozobra kicks off with the 6th Annual ZozoFest

on August 25-26, 2018, a first look at Zozobra

1960’s style for Year Five of the signature

Decades Project. And then? It’s the 94th

Official Burning of Zozobra at Santa Fe’s

historic Fort Marcy Park on Friday, August 31,

2018.

And there was even more in a 2017 Kiwanis “two-

fer!” July 4, 2017 saw an unforgettable evening,

when the City of Santa Fe honored the Kiwanis

Club with the privilege of hosting the city’s Annual

Fourth of July celebration! At a stellar new location at

Villa Linda Park, live music wafted over the grassy

lawn, as Santa Fe families, friends and visitors

gathered together to celebrate our nation’s birth. A beer garden and onsite food trucks, which all sold out, created

an atmosphere of fun and festivity as an awesome fireworks display wished America a Happy Birthday!
