The treatment process occurs through following steps:

1. MECHANICAL MICRO FILTRATION and partial Chemical Absorption (Previous Filtration).

2. REVERSE OSMOSIS: molecular separation of water through membranes of vegetable origin.

3. ENRICHMENT OF WATER WITH MINERAL SALTS. EXCLUSIVE ECOLINE NOVELTY: water passes through “Energy” filter, then it is carried in the area of addition of mineral salts, where also find very pure fragments of rocks coming from the mountains of the Caucaso and the Dolomites. In such a way, water absorbs optimal percentages of necessary mineral salts (calcium, magnesium, bauxite, etc.) necessary to the attainment of the correct chemical and physical equilibrium, comparable to water coming from the Alpine Sources.

Also the PH value is rectified and the water in exit results notably pure with correct percentages of positive mineral ions.

Il processo di trattamento avviene nelle seguenti fasi:

1. MICROFILTRAZIONE MECCANICA ad assorbimento chimico parziale (prefiltrazione).

2. OSMOSI INVERSA: separazione molecolare dell’acqua attraverso membrane di origine vegetale.

3. RIMINERALIZZAZIONE. NOVITÀ ESCLUSIVA ECOLINE: passaggio dell’acqua attraverso il filtro “Energy”. L’acqua è convogliata nella camera di rimineralizzazione che ospita purissimi frammenti di rocce provenienti dalle alte cime del Caucaso e delle Dolomiti, assorbendo così percentuali ottimali di minerali (calcio, magnesio, bauxite, etc.) necessari al raggiungimento del giusto equilibrio organolettico, paragonabile alle sorgenti alpine.

Anche il valore del PH è rettificato e l’acqua in uscita risulta notevolmente pura con corrette percentuali di ioni minerali positivi.

HYGIENE AND SAFETY

The plant foresees a cycle of purification of the water circuit, which could be automatic, that is every “tot” supplied liters, or after 20 seconds of inactivity.

Such cycle is however programmable to discretion of the manager.

The hygienic protection of the nozzles and of the water circuit is guaranteed through endowment of a motion reduction system for the lock of a little stainless steel 316L,for food use, hermetic and synchronized nozzle.

The motion reducers open the little door when the distribution is required and close it after one minute of inactivity.

SELF-DIAGNOSIS

This system is able to diagnose eventual anomalies of the machinery: obstruction of the closing little door, lack of water in the machinery, acts of vandalism in token dispenser or in credit case, token dispenser full of coins.

The malfunction of the sanitary and hygienic system will not permit the use of installation itself.

IGIENE E SICUREZZA

L’impianto prevede un ciclo di sanitizzazione del circuito idrico, che può essere automatico, ossia ogni tot. litri erogati, oppure dopo 20 secondi di inattività.Esso è comunque programmabile a discrezione del gestore.

La protezione igienica degli erogatori e del circuito idrico, è garantita mediante dotazione di un sistema a motoriduzione per la chiusura di uno sportellino in acciaio inox Aisi 316L alimentare ermetico e temporizzato.

I motoriduttori aprono lo sportellino quando viene richiesta l’erogazione, e lo richiudono dopo un minuto di inattività.

AUTODIAGNOSI

Il sistema è in grado di diagnosticare eventuali anomalie dell’impianto: ostruzioni dello sportellino di chiusura, mancanza di acqua nell’impianto, atto vandalico nella gettoniera o nel vano porta crediti, gettoniera satura di monete.

In caso non sia stato eseguito il corretto funzionamento di igienizzazione dell’impianto, il guasto non permetterà l’uso dell’impianto stesso.

La macchina eroga acqua fresca, microfiltrata, naturale e oligominerale, leggermente frizzante e frizzante.

Il pannello ha un piano a nicchia per l’erogazione, a pagamento, con costi di erogazione impostabili singolarmente.

Il riempimento avviene tramite erogatori separati che possono essere messi in pausa.

Reverse Osmosis

Osmosi inversaL’impianto ad Osmosi Inversa consente, tramite un processo altamente tecnologico di separazione molecolare, di ottenere un’acqua a basso residuo fisso e completamente priva di batteri, sostanze chimiche e organiche inquinanti, garantendo così l’assoluta purezza batteriologica dell’acqua.

Il ciclo avviene grazie all’utilizzo di una membrana semipermeabile; cuore pulsante dell’intero sistema di depurazione; in grado di filtrare l’acqua fino ad un decimillesimo di micron, ottimizzando le caratteristiche di colore, sapore, odore e di purezza organolettica.

Dopo la separazione molecolare, tramite un sistema “by pass”, l’acqua pura viene parzialmente rimineralizzata.

Ecoline Reverse Osmosis Installations allow, though an highly technological process of molecular separation, to obtain a low fixed residual water, completely deprived of bacteria, chemical and organic polluting substances, guaranteeing in this way the absolute bacteriological purity of the water.

The cycle happens thanks to the use of a semi-permeable membrane; pulsating hearth of the whole system of purification; in order to filter water until to 0,00001 microns and to optimize its characteristics of color, taste, odor and organoleptic purity.

After the molecular separation, through a “by pass” system, pure water becomes partially added of mineral salts.

REVERSE OSMOSIS: HOW IT WORKS

The Reverse Osmosis takes place applying a strong pressure to the more thick water (A), the Water “rich in polluting agents”, let water itself pass through an osmotic semi-permeable membrane in order to transform into pure water (B).

In this way more than 90% of organic and more than 80% of inorganic substances are eliminated. Nevertheless the addition of mineral salts process guarantees the optimal quantity of mineral salts themselves.

OSMOSI INVERSA: COME FUNZIONA

L’Osmosi Inversa avviene applicando una forte pressione all’acqua più concentrata (A), quella “ricca in inquinanti”, facendola passare attraverso la membrana osmotica semipermeabile per trasformarla in acqua pura (B).

In questo modo si elimina oltre il 90% delle sostanze organiche e oltre l’80% di quelle inorganiche, lasciando la quantità ottimale di sali minerali grazie al processo di rimineralizzazione.
